Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Anchorage

Alanah was a wonderful host! Great communication before and during the trip. The house was cozy and homey; just like the description and pictures on the listing! We knew exactly what to do, and where supplies were if we needed them. The area was peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the house manual was super helpful when I was prepping for the trip.

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

The house was very comfortable. I was there for 2 weeks so I did alot of cooking. Kitchen was very well supplied. Mike, the host, communicated very well. Good location for all the places I needed to be.

When we think of what we want in an ABnB this is the perfect example. It is a very nice house with all the expected necessities (towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, grill lighter, etc…). Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Nice back yard with grill and fire pit. Anyone wanting an alternative to a hotel and a nice place to stay in Anchorage with a good owner who communicates , I would recommend this house.

Melissa has been an incredible host. She has been very helpful and quick to respond. On the checkin day, we arrived to Anchorage by 1PM. Even though the check-in is at 4PM, as we are with toddler and we arrived early, I requested Melissa for an early check in if possible. Melissa had a previous checkout during the same time. But, she helped us to get the room cleaned early to provide us with an early check in. We felt very happy for accommodating our request. Melissa’s house has been extremely comfortable. It has every little thing we wanted for our one week of stay. The environment has been very cozy and beautiful. The house is located in a very good neighborhood and has Walmart located within 6 minutes driving distance. It has also few local restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay has been very great. If ever we visit Anchorage again, I would definitely opt for this Airbnb undoubtedly.

Nicholas’s place was a great place to stay while in the area for work.

We stayed at Daniel's apartment for 2 nights. This house is warm, inviting and private. It had everything we needed for the stay including a washer, dryer in the common area, lots of space, a great. well equipped kitchen and fast wi-fi. The location is safe and peaceful and not too far from downtown Anchorage. Daniel also provided clear instructions for check in and check out and was extremely responsive to our messages.

Great host, power outage unfortunately happened during my stay. But I was so comfortable in the living room I had not noticed until she contacted me, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This place was so cute! Loved all the plants and greenhouse. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Located close to the airport and easy access to groceries. We would totally stay here again!

Steve's place was exactly what was needed. Our accommodation we booked in May canceled at the last minute and Steve's place was a perfect fit. He was responsive, the house was nice and the location was great! Would definitely book again.

Staying here was a wonderful experience! A perfect little escape in Hope, so remote, and all the amenities -- including the most amazing breakfast! The beds were so comfy, the cabins were warm, and we had the perfect space to prep for our next days bikepacking adventure. Having a hot breakfast ready and accessible was a great start to the day! I would definitely stay again/recommend to anyone hoping to experience a peaceful and beautiful remote Alaska experience!

This cabin is more like a small house. We stayed here for a week and it was very clean, and quiet with comfortable beds. We’d definitely stay here again. The host was very attentive to detail, responsive and easy to communicate with. The cabin is actually about 20 minutes from the main part of town and will feel like you’re headed for the boonies, stay with it. Like most neighborhoods in Alaska there are some nice places and some dumps, so just be prepared for that on your way. Not to worry though the cabin is great. For the property owner: Please consider adding an ottoman or foot rests to the living room to make it really comfortable.

Great location for a weekend stay. Easy access to Anchorage (~45 minutes away), Girdwood Restaurants and Shops (~5 minutes away), and great middle point if you want to hike the Kenai or explore Whittier. Easy check-in with lots of amenities like hot tube, laundry on-site, coffee makers, etc.

This is my third stay at this location. I absolutely love it for it’s peaceful and quiet surroundings. I will certainly be back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cozy Cab-Inn. The cabin was perfect for me and my family. The cabin is beautiful and spacious surrounded by the forest and mountains, we were in awe of the views from the upstairs. The location was amazing, you’re close to everything but still feel secluded for that full Alaskan experience. Overall we had an amazing stay and would book this cabin again! Thank you so much!
