Great stay in Santa Rosa, especially for pets! Was able to walk downtown, enjoy the hot tub, and enjoy a cute bungalow for the weekend. Would stay again! Thanks Allen!

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

We had a great time and loved the house! It’s stylish, well maintained and is in a great location. Some previous reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, however house was well cleaned and had new amenities. We will be back!

Very beautiful house with a lot of space and large bedrooms. Love the sunroom and deck with boew of the ocean! The house was fully stocked with all the supplies we needed and a full large kitchen with plenty of utensils. The property is large and we saw deers in the backyard. Very beautiful inside and out. Will definetely rent again and highly recommend for a beautiful ocean stay! The host is very kind and responsive. Thank you Yeunsoon :)

Nancy & Curt were amazing people. I had a hard time easing into the fact that they were on an attachment to the house - I think this should be stated upfront - but they were very kind, helpful, and laid back. The hot tub was fantastic. The game room was incredible. The property out of this world, like Narnia from The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe. Would stay longer and stay another time if I could!

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

Absolutely stunning view and very private location. Plenty of room for our group and we especially appreciated the dog run off the master bedroom for convenience for our pup. The house has everything you need and the upstairs living areas are a bit more updated. Very comfortable to hang out and just enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The deck was perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Great stay! Super easy and convenient check in. Linda was very communicative. Great alternative stay for going to Harbin Hot Springs. The space was super cute and had everything needed to accommodate our stay. Highly recommend!

Amy was very responsive and really sweet. Although older the place was very clean, so much cleaner than many other places I've stayed. I would stay there again.

I absolutely loved this place! Everything about it really impressed me, we cooked some nice prime rib eye steaks on the BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit at night and plenty of privacy, the home is a very cool design and had plenty of space and it was spotless! So many accommodations like dishes, towels, beach chairs, basically everything you need. The WIFI worked great and the living room was cozy. I’ll be booking again and the Host Mara was very easy to communicate with! I highly recommend staying here when visiting Fort Bragg it’s really a treat!

This is an amazing place to stay! First of all, 1/3 acre in Monte Rio, fully FENCED, and next to a CREEK, is rare. Our senior dog LOVED it! Lorri thought of everything. From the dog towel, to the instructions on how to start and operate the fire pit and grill. It was all so inviting. The house-book is a must-read. We were greeted with chocolate chip and walnut cookies which were wonderful to snack on after a nearly 4 hour drive. Sweet Creek is EXTREMELY pet friendly but you still have to be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pets and the basic things like dry their feet off and drape any furniture with sheets if they lay down on them. The picture board of animals who've stayed there, and the wonderful binder full of thank you notes was just so touching. We felt like we were staying at a friends house, not airbnb. We can't say enough with the character count left. Sweet Creek is a must! We will RETURN!

Our second stay at this sweet little cottage. All the amenities we needed. Super cozy and quiet except for nature sounds. Just what we needed. Bonus points for the really nice shower with the tankless on-demand heating. Hot water all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a mixed group of 8 people, ages 1 year to 82 years old. The place was very warm and welcoming, the surrounding area was beautiful. I am always in heaven when surrounded by redwoods. The price was very reasonable for the amount of space, especially for 8 people.

Linda’s place was great. It was clean and comfortable and the location was great. A quick walk into the adorable town of Glen Ellen. The backyard is gorgeous and the spa pool was a fun perk to enjoy.

If you’re looking for a few nights tucked away in the hills of Northern California, this is a great spot. It feels like a true retreat, but you’re still just a short drive from Sausalito, Mill Valley, Stinson Beach, downtown San Francisco, and more. The space is wonderfully designed—it has a real vibe—and our hosts were kind and helpful throughout.

Very kind and responsive host; provided helpful and clear instructions and welcome. The home is beautiful, peacefully situated and clean and comfy. Our family and friends were all comfortable and enjoyed the warm, well appointed home for a long weekend. Sandra was available and responsive. We’ve stayed in homes all over the world. Sandra and her Ukiah home are among the best.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tina's home! Tina was so welcoming and offered flexible check-in/out times. She also left a bottle of wine for us in the fridge. The home is in a beautiful, rural part of Sonoma. It's such a peaceful and private location, but close to everything! We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons above the backyard in the morning and going on walks/runs from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I can't wait to come back with my family!

The most incredible home and location!! So far exceeded our expectations!! The setting was gorgeous and serene and perfectly located - short drive to amazing restaurants and vineyards!! We’re already searching for our next opportunity to visit this amazing property!! Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

This house was great. We hosted 9 people from three generations. One couple with a 6-month old were in the master. Grandparents were in another first-floor bedroom. Another couple with two boys ages 3 and 5 were upstairs. We rented in mid-April and were worried the pool would be really cold. The hot tub warmed up really fast and the pool was tolerable in the afternoon heat. The house is right on the road and we never heard cars at night while the kids were sleeping. The property is huge. The 3 and 5 year-old boys loved playing in the backyard and everyone loved the pool/hot tub. The hardwood stairs to the upstairs would be challenging for a child under 2 yrs old. This was a great house to rent for a large group.
