Beach house vacation rentals in Anchieta

We rented the house for a bachelorette party, and our experience could not be better! Amanda was very helpful and made herself available to assist us in what was necessary. Very quiet place, very close to deserted beach (turtle nesting site), close to Castelhanos beach, which is very good. For those who like to visit other beaches in the region, the location is excellent, as it is right in the middle, making it easy to travel to other regions.

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

José from the beginning was very attentive, we arrived at the house we were greeted by a delicious cake and wonderful fruits, He had a special fondness with my mother-in-law who was her birthday and he brought some good Diet ( because she's diabetic) until he was considerate. We felt at home , we had a problem with the shower and at the same time it came to solve . Township bringing with him an Italian bread for us to have with wine🍷. The house has a beautiful view, sleeping with the waves breaking in the stones that delight of sound . It's definitely a place I'll be back soon . I'm already thinking about 2 dates 1 with my family and the other with my friends Thank you for your attention Mainly with my mother-in-law 🥰

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... Mary always very attentive , requests , and understanding , is a wonderful place to rest , listening to the sea in the silence of the night was an amazing experience, I and my family recommend for sure ❤️

Our hosting was sensational, Sônia and Waltinho who are the owners of the house live next door, they were extremely responsive, pleasant and super careful with us. We traveled with four children, Sônia and Waltinho very affectionate and the children were very comfortable, we got a lot of pampering during the stay. The house is very comfortable, clean and contains all the necessary items, I will definitely come back more often. Note: On the day we arrived for lunch in Vila Velha, at the restaurant of Sônia and Waltinho owners of the house, I highly recommend the restaurant.

The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

Without a doubt, it was our best stay in beach houses, differentials of the house: air-conditioning in all the rooms (comfort) and a water purifier, this meant that we did not need to ask for a gallon of water and put water in the refrigerator. The house is large, very spacious which gives comfort for larger groups. Close to the beach and close to bakery, restaurant, ice cream shops and snack bars. We really like it and want to go back.

I stayed at this house for four days and it was a perfect and wonderful experience! From the moment of arrival, we were received with all possible attention. The environment is cozy, clean and very well equipped. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. I recommend it to everyone who wants an amazing place to relax and enjoy! I'll be back for sure!

The house is exactly as shown in the photo, in fact, even better than shown in the photos. Ivana was always very polite, treating us with the greatest affection, whenever we needed her she was there as quickly as possible. The house is in a very quiet location. The accommodations are good. My family felt at home. Some suggestions: For air conditioning in the rooms, the upstairs rooms are very hot, and there was only 1 fan in the room for 6 people, this ended up making it difficult for us to sleep. I believe that in the summer it must be very complicated. Leave disinfectant and bleach in the bathrooms in case guests want to clean up. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in the house again.

New property, with easy access in a very quiet location. The pool is large enough for the number of guests. Castelhanos Beach is extremely pleasant and family-friendly. I suggest installing air equipment in all rooms (only one of the three had it), but nothing that the installed fan could not supply. The contact with the person in charge was always very cordial and polite, leaving nothing to be desired. I recommend it and will be back!

Everything we needed was nearby: market, butcher, bakery and pharmacy. Not to mention the proximity of the beaches, which are beautiful and easy to access, making the experience even better. Fran was a great host and the place is amazing. The house is large, comfortable, very well maintained and clean. Location at a peaceful and calm location at the beach.
