Waterfront vacation rentals in Anchieta

Me and my family were staying from 03/19 to 03/24. We love the stay, everything perfect! Excellent apto with a beautiful sea view. It exceeded our expectations, the very helpful host. We'll definitely be back soon!

Great apartment, as described and photos posted. I was impressed with the whim and care in the furniture and decoration, we found everything very clean and organized. Hosts always responded to messages right away. The view to the sea is impressive. We will return for sure.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! The apartment of Mr. Gerson is even better than in the photos! Super cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed and a little bit more. It has air-conditioned in all three bedrooms, three perfectly functioning TVs, an amazing balcony and a simply STUNNING view! The location is excellent, close to everything, and the waterfront is super quiet. It makes you want to stay forever! I am completely delighted with the flat. In addition, Mr. Gerson was extremely attentive and always responded quickly. I needed to add one more guest, and he promptly helped me through everything that was needed. Thank you very much for your attention and kindness, Mr. Gerson!

The apartment is spectacular, wide and homey, the rooms have air conditioning, cabinets and hangers, hotel quality bed linen and very clean (the bed could be softer, but it is a matter of taste). The view is integrated into the beach, much better than the pictures, the balcony is really big. The location is great, little noise of people on the beach, the side of the beach where the apartment is located is the calmest of the whole beach of Morro. Market and restaurants are nearby. In the apartment there were sun umbrellas and beach chairs, this raised our level of freedom to enjoy the beach and return to the apartment as many times as I wanted. The kitchen has virtually all the necessary basic utensils. When you get back, me and your wife, we will certainly go to this very apt.

The location of the apartment is great, really close to the beach. The view of the lagoon is beautiful, and we still found a capybara. the apartment was very clean and had everything we need. For those who do not know the region, the closest trade is in Meaípe, it is good to program. Our stay was well worth our stay.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

Excellent choice to enjoy with the family, or for a moment for two. The symphony of the stream that passes in front of the house is a delight apart. The house is cozy and very well equipped. A piece of paradise. The hostess was always very helpful, as was Dona Marta, from whom we picked up the house keys (and her little shop is delightful, with wonderful products and very close to the house). Anyway, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to return again and again.

Our stay was very pleasant. The property's location is amazing, close to everything. It has a balcony overlooking the sea that provided us with very pleasant moments! Walter, our host, and his family were always very attentive and helpful. Thanks to them for hosting us!!!!

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

Great place for a long weekend with family and friends. Spacious outdoor space, great for entertaining! Jorge was friendly and responsive. I’d highly recommend hiring Cely for cooking, she was fantastic!

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... Mary always very attentive , requests , and understanding , is a wonderful place to rest , listening to the sea in the silence of the night was an amazing experience, I and my family recommend for sure ❤️

Our stay on the penthouse simply perfect! Truly breathtaking! The sea view, impeccable decor and comfort of every detail exceeded all our expectations. The privileged location, steps from the beach, was an incredible advantage. We loved the amenities of the penthouse, the private pool was a luxury, and the outdoor leisure areas contributed to unforgettable moments. The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. It has a smooth slope, very quiet and quick to climb. New Building. Thank you Rosane and see you next time!

The apartment and the condominium in which it is located are excellent! The lake view is beautiful, the sunrise and sunset are delicious, we see stars at night on the balcony... It is close to beautiful beaches and markets (on foot it takes a while, but by car it is quick). The apartment is spacious: we were a family with four children and were very well accommodated. The condominium is spacious and the pool, playground and courts were well used.
