Excellent location to explore the city

This is a terrific location in a nice area of the city center, right along a pretty canal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The central train station is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a relatively large living space with a bedroom area and convertible sofa. There was plenty of dishware and utensils for dining at “home”. There was also a washing machine but no dryer, so we did not use the washer but it was available with clothes pins etc. for hang drying. The bathroom had a clean shower with nice hot water and plenty of supplies like soap, shampoo and conditioner. Douwe was extremely responsive to our needs. We arrived early but he generously allowed us to check in while he finished cleaning the bathroom. He made us feel that he’d be available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Amsterdam.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet street and in close proximity to shops (open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the most part), the waterfront and its port. The downside is the parking, you have to park at the Pelmolenpad parking lot and pay 3.40 a day. The accommodation is very spacious, clean, amenities and products +++++, pity we couldn't enjoy the terraces Jan welcomed us very warmly, responsive and discreet host Recommended+++

Our family (3 kids 9-13) really enjoyed staying at Elisabeth’s home. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the village for shopping, dining and necessities.

The cottage met the description and pictures exactly. It is small but super complete and efficiently arranged with even olive oil and laundry pods. Getting used to the stairs, but that turned quickly. The location is top, close to the beach and city center and also to a bike rental. Due to the location and bench in front of the door, you didn't really miss the garden. You are in the middle of the residential area, which is nice for the entire Katwijk experience. Bas and Lisette respond very quickly and think along. They are very approachable but give you complete privacy. So definitely worth 5 stars.

Great house with three spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. In addition, a toilet on the ground floor. Large living room with dining table to the open, well-equipped kitchen and spacious corner couch. In good weather, there is also a couch in front of the house, where you can sit in the sun. Everything was clean and tidy. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the city center and also from the sea front. The communication with the landlords went perfectly. In any case, we would gladly come back at any time.

It was a sheer delight to stay in Mandy's apartment. So much so I had to extend a few extra days. The apartment itself is gorgeous, sparkling clean and looks exactly like the photos. For me it really was a home away from home. The location itself was also amazing. Peaceful, quiet and very historic, yet only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. I got to meet Mandy several times during my stay and I found her to be very warm, welcoming and always helpful if I had any questions. I will most definitely be returning to Mandy's place some time in the future.

A beautiful stay in a very well maintained place. We felt completely comfortable. Everything is within walking distance and for good restaurants you don't have to walk far. The apartment is stalkingly furnished and you can feel like home.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

The apartment matches the photos. We slept three nights, five people, comfortably, in complete tranquility. We didn't use the kitchen but everything looked very tidy, with all the appliances available. A fifteen-minute walk to the train station to downtown. A pleasant walk. A supermarket seven/eight minutes walk, very comfortable and very well-stocked.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hey, So, there were three of us in the accommodation and there was plenty of room. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions and helped. The property itself has a great location, right on the sea. In addition, it was very very nice and above all clean and well maintained. There was also no lack of privacy and the balcony also has a very good location, from where you can also look at the sea. For sunsets, the accommodation is also more than perfect. All in all, we are more than satisfied with our stay and would book the accommodation again at any time☀️

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.
