Located in a lovely area, this newly restored apartment, cozy and quiet,is very close to the beautiful historic centre of Utrecht. Situated on the corner of the Singel canal, its only fifteen minutes walk from Central Station. The nice apartment is a spacious 68 m2. It has central heating, fully equipped kitchen, one large kingsize bed, comfy ensuite bathroom, rainshower, fluffy towels, hotel linen, privat garden, wireless hi-fi, flatscreen tv. dvd and high speed internet, Nespresso, etc!

Spacious and characteristic loft with canal view

Comfortable fully furnished loft/apartment with a mix of quality designer and vintage furniture, complemented with artworks from the painter who lived here for decades. At the front side of the apartment you have a great canal view and at the backside a view on the quiet garden with a beautiful Magnolia tree. Although very centrally located in a lively neighbourhood in the city center, the street and the house is quiet, which is highly appreciated by the owners, two architects, as well.

I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for exploring the city. We had a lovely time in Amsterdam of which the accommodation played a big hand in the overall experience as it was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Marie-Sophie took the time to check us in personally and let us know all the essential details regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. All in all, we would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam and to not be too central to the city centre. We would stay here again without a doubt.

We were four adults and had plenty of space and a great time. I highly recommend the apartment, it has everything you need, very tastefully decorated, nicely located in the middle of the village. Jan is tiptop jett and responded very quickly. The bay window is the best, you can see the hustle and bustle on the street so beautifully. If we come to Hoorn again, we'll knock on Jan's door again :-)
