The villa was beautiful! Waking up to the beautiful views and waterfall in the distance was a dream. The host and everyone was extremely helpful and kind as well. Also they had very cute dogs. :) it was a great spot for relaxing and not too far from town, only a 700 ruppee ride away. And there was plenty of space for our group of 10, everyone had their own bed. The downsides were that the wifi didn’t really work, and it was a bit hard to get to the place — you have to walk down a narrow ledge and up steep stairs, so it’s not very accessible if you maybe have a disability. But the staff was great and guided us and helped with bags. So we didn’t have an issue really.

We enjoyed our stay very much, as described the location is out of Ella its self quite a way. We loved this, the valleys were beautiful, the village people were very friendly. The room was simple but all we needed, Andrew was excellent and answered all our questions and filled our tummies with excellent food. thanks Cool Mount we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks to our host we cannot recommend this place enough. The room is in a small hotel completely in peace while just a short walk from the bustling center of Ella. The room was spacious for our family of five and the patio gave a relaxing view on the surroundings and many fruit trees. Not only is Sandeep a perfect host, he also took us for a day trip and drove us to our next destination. Thank you again for everything!

We had a comfortable night in Aruna’s well-equipped, quiet and tidy place. Aruna waited us patiently, served us with tasty Sri Lankan breakfast and came to help even at late night. The place is about 10+minutes drive to Little Adam’s Peak and Nine Arches bridge. Good choice to travel in Ella :)

We loved Thilak's place. Of all the reviews we read, we thought that Thilak and his family are the caretakers of the property, while it turns out that they are the owners, and neverbeen are the communication managers on a profit sharing basis. Neverbeen's Management is quite solid. They have been active with the communication on every step of the way. Helped in resolutions of misunderstandings and gave great local recommendations. The place has a beautiful view of the waterfall. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a lot of fun in their place. The dinner served by the owner's wife was super tasty!! Must try. The owners are super humble and lovable. We recommend Thilak's place to stay and relax. it's close to most destinations. Thilak also has access to a TukTuk, so going anywhere is easy.
