Apartament de 100 m2 molt lluminòs a 150m de l'estany i a 50m del Parc de la Draga. Reformat i amb parking per a cotxe gros. A poc mes de cinc minuts a peu del centre de Banyoles en una zona especialment tranquila -La Vila Olímpica- on passejar i fer esport. Molt adequat per parelles i famílies de fins a 4 persones. Balcó-terrassa amb molta llum, amplia zona de menjador-estar, cuina totalment equipada, dos banys amb espai dutxa, una habitació llit de matrimoni, un altra amb dos llits i estudi.
