Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

The studio design features everything you need in one convenient living space - a king bed with fresh white cotton bedding and luxe pillows, comfy chairs for enjoying the fireplace and TV, intimate dining area and a stylish kitchen. Our spacious home (1700 sq ft) affords you a living room, gaming room, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, dedicated work space, guest bathroom, guest bedroom, primary bedroom with a luxurious 5 piece en-suite bath, and a laundry room.

Come relax and unwind at the Nifty Nest-Bird's Egg Cottage. A beautiful space, centrally located, with close access to two main highways, and a city park. Thoughtful attention paid to all details, to ensure the comfort and convenience of our guests. Two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, full kitchen with all appliances, including a washer and dryer, and a private fenced yard with patio. A city park, across the street, has tennis and pickleball courts, a kids playground and splash pad.
