Martina is a great hostess! The place was clean, cozy and perfectly located – the train station right outside the door was super convenient. Clear recommendation!

We spent little over a month at Christian place for a work assignment in Aschaffenburg. My colleagues were very happy with the conditions offered; therefore, we made a new reservation with the same host. Great communication with the host and a very clean and tidy place influenced our decision. We certainly reccommend this place to future guests. Many thanks to the host!

Positive points: Beautiful very quiet location. Very cozy cottage-style house. Small pleasant and well appointed garden. Nice touches from the host (water bottles, chocolates, cheeses). Free access to washing machine and dryer. Less positive points: No hot water in the kitchen, which was not announced. No oven or mini-oven (only 2 hotplates). No microwave. Little storage for food. House phonetically poorly insulated: hard to sleep in the master bedroom upstairs if someone is making noise on the ground floor. Linens in the main closet with very little storage available (no wardrobe).

I 100% recommend Matt's home, it's big, in a quiet area and close to the City. Matt is a good person and helped us with everything. Thank you Matt.
