If you like it quiet, you are also in the right place, because the apartment with ground-level access to the garden is at the end of a dead end road on the outskirts. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.
