The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. “Fidels Stube” in Westallgäu

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The rural location invites you to switch off & relax, but due to the proximity to Kempten, nearby sports & recreational areas (Alps, Lake Constance, etc.), thermal baths and many other leisure activities, there is still no boredom. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
