Monthly Rentals in Altoona

While my visit was brief (just 1 night to rest while on the road), Tyler’s home was comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to kick up my feet with my dog.

Very close to downtown Des Moines and this a newer property and you will definitely enjoy staying here. Feels right at home and very clean.

It was very nice to have somewhere clean to sleep overnight on our 2 day trip back home. I wanted something off the highway, and it's within a few minutes of I80. The photos matched what we found when we arrived. It wasn't clear to us that it was a finished basement, similar to an efficiency apartment, it doesn't have a real stove. From the way it appeared, we thought it was a bottom level duplex. It's also in an HOA neighborhood, which is OK, but it would have been nice to know that before booking. Overall the best part was the clean bathroom, clean and well lit place to eat with cooking items and appliances, and a comfortable bed with down pillows. Quiet and cute.

The home exceeded our expectations with its immaculate cleanliness. We felt immediately comfortable and right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, making our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
