A dream location and an exceptional host! Beautiful apartment, perfect location in Riccione. Access to the accommodation was easy, parking space included, a real plus after a trip. But the real asset of this apartment is undoubtedly its location: being almost facing the sea is an invaluable luxury! Despite an incident beyond our host's control – work on the adjacent street resulted in a morning water outage. The responsiveness and involvement of the owner were simply remarkable. Beyond this unforeseen event, the apartment was charming, clean and perfectly located. We highly recommend this listing for an idyllic stay in Riccione. The location is exceptional and the owner's welcome is just perfect.

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

First class location for exploring Bologna. Our hosts were very helpful. The accommodation was more spacious than we expected and we were even serenaded by the Opera School below us.

We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, warm and unique apartment. Great light, tons of space, and especially loved the smell outdoor space. Lots of quirky cool touches in terms of art, paint, and layout. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

Carolina & Cristina’s place was beautifully decorated , had the comfiest beds and great linen. Each room area had its own privacy and very well decorated. We loved our stay in Bologna , walking to all the beautiful historical sites and eating at the local restaurants. Very conveniently located. They Even provide an area /tools for a stay-in meal. House is fully equipped and stylish.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

2 days of relaxation in the comfort of this suite, it did not disappoint our expectations, very clear instructions, prompt response and availability from the host. Passed with full votes 👌

The place was the best we've ever been to. With 3 children, it was just perfect. The tranquility despite downtown, the easy parking, the easy check-in, the cleanliness, the amenities, just everything done in detail. We were extremely satisfied Would have liked to rate it 6 stars :)

The rental was for two nights. Many thanks to the hosts of this beautiful house for creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation! The apartment is beautiful, interestingly decorated, large, bright, clean, on the second floor, the entrance is separate. It is possible to rent for a large family or several families, there are additional rooms. Nice smell of the room. Everything is thoughtful. Comfortable large double bed, bed linen, bedside tables with night lamps, TV, wardrobe. The kitchen is huge. All necessary utensils. The bathroom is large, clean. Towels, hygiene products. Shower with bath. Parking is convenient close to the house. Few minutes to the bakery, where they cook right in front of you incredibly delicious bread and pizza, fresh food. People are helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Very fresh air!
