We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s villa in the countryside of Bologna! The villa was spotlessly clean, incredibly peaceful, and perfect for a restful getaway. We all slept exceptionally well thanks to the calm surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxation and comfort in a beautiful setting!

We had a great stay at Gianluca's place. It was lovely from start to finish, we met his brother-in-law for an easy check-in, had access to an immaculately clean flat, and access to a lot of amenities when not exploring the surrounding cities. Thoroughly recommend!

Sebastiano was the greatest host I’ve ever had. He was proactive, responsive and went beyond the call. He even fronted me parking in the lot next to his apartment because I couldn’t figure out the website The apartment is palatial- gorgeous terrazzo floors, high ceilings, a tremendous location. Truly worth the price. Any place Sebastiano manages will be spectacular. He cares so much about quality and people loving Italy. He goes the extra mile, and he was largely responsible for our tremendous time in Bologna Grazie mille Sebastiano

A large space with all necessary services in old, charismatic farmhouse. Valentina was very communicative and friendly, and received us when we arrived. A strong point of the place is the location: it is a very nice place for people who like nature and love hiking. Good value for money.

The unit is perfectly located! Amazing spot right on the centre of Piazza Maggiore, with great restaurants and all the attractions walking distance. Nice view from the apartment. Would definitely recommend. Just note, there’s about 20ish steps before you reach the lift, so might be difficult with large suitcases or strollers etc Also we couldn’t work out the cook top! And there was no electric kettle in the kitchen. Initially the wifi was not connected, but the host came the day after our arrival and fixed it for us . Overall great stay, would stay again!

Waar moet ik beginnen?! Frederica is een klasse apart; super vriendelijk, behulpzaam, netjes, vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek, alsof we elkaar al jaren kende. En de woning? Tot in de puntjes gestyled! Smetteloos. Een thuis! Heerlijke keuken, fantastische douche, gezellige living. Er is zelfs een platenspeler met muziek passend bij het interieur! Sasso Marconi is een leuk stadje, met alle faciliteiten die je mag verwachten. Tip: Pak de trein naar bologna, rijdt ieder uur en binnen een half uur sta je in de stad! En dat voor 2,5 euro per persoon!! Als ik ooit terug ga naar deze regio, 100% dat ik naar Frederica terug ga!

Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, sehr modern und mit grossartiger Ausstattung in Küche und Bad. Der Balkon ist herausragend und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und der Innenstadt. Tolle Tipps gab es im „Welcome Book“. Komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Eliana and Michele are one of the best host I know. My gf and I were the first time in Italy and saw their offer. We immediately fell in love and wanted to stay there. Eliana is very friendly and helpful regarding everything and so lovely. The pictures are very accurate, however even better in real. We were flabbergasted about the location and (be aware to drive the last 500 miles carefully, a care with not too low height is recommended) we‘ve been greeted in person and showed around - very warm welcome + their lovely dogs. If we had questions, Eliana und Michele were quickly responsive and we received local recommendations. The experience was very unique and we‘d love to come back!

Lorenzo’s place is great. It is located nearby every major attraction in Bologna. Communication was great. The place itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was an excellent stay. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely place, super spacious Garden. Would have loved to try the pool, but wasn’t the season yet… Cute apartment with all the essentials. Great area for roadcycling and Franco gave a lot of recommendations. Would love to come back one time

Giovanni's place was an enjoyable stay for us in Bologna. It's not a bad walk from the train station (roughly 15 minutes) and Giovanni provided lots of information, recommendations, guidance, etc. We had a little trouble finding the place based on Google Maps but once we did, we got in pretty easily. The instructions should have given us the apartment number, but didn't so we had to ask Giovanni (who helped identify it right away). The place is spacious and in good shape; definitely would stay there again!

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Here’s a review based on your experience: I had the most amazing stay in Tuscany! The property was absolutely beautiful, and Alessandra was an incredible host. Her house was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One thing to note is that you’ll need a car to get around, but it’s worth it. The location is perfect for exploring the region. Prato, a nearby city, is a hidden gem with so much charm and beauty. We were also able to visit Florence and Milan with ease, avoiding toll roads and enjoying the scenic routes along the way. The entire area was breathtaking, and every day was filled with incredible sights and experiences. This vacation was everything we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-located in Toscany!

La casa di Paola è una casa vissuta e accogliente. Paola è stata molto disponibile sin da subito ed anche durante il check-in. La posizione è ottima per visitare Ferrara, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Decisamente consigliata!

We had a wonderful family stay at Annalisa’s apartment in Bologna. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we might need. Annalisa was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Carolina & Cristina’s place was beautifully decorated , had the comfiest beds and great linen. Each room area had its own privacy and very well decorated. We loved our stay in Bologna , walking to all the beautiful historical sites and eating at the local restaurants. Very conveniently located. They Even provide an area /tools for a stay-in meal. House is fully equipped and stylish.

Fantastic stay at Matteo’s place. The location is amazing and the apartment is well maintained and enormous. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

Die Unterkunft war die beste, in der wir je waren. Mit 3 Kindern war es einfach nur perfekt. Die Ruhe trotz Innenstadt, das einfache Parken, der einfache Check-In, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, einfach alles bis ins Detail gemacht. Wir waren extrem zufrieden. Hätte gerne mit 6 Sternen bewertet :)

Very easy to explore Lucca from this location. Supernice roofterrace and jacuzzi. All you need in a few square meter, fits with two children!

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Abbiamo soggiornato da Alice e la sua famiglia il week end di San Valentino io e mio marito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall’attenzione per il cliente, ci ha fornito tantissime soluzioni per attività e ristoranti dove mangiare. Il monolocale era attrezzato di tutto il necessario, studiato nei minimi particolari come tutto l’arredamento incantevole. In frigo c’erano tutti i prodotti della loro azienda agricola che dire uno più buono dell altro (yogurt, panna cotta e budini e latte di altissima qualità di montagna). Obbligatorio visitare la loro fattoria perché ne vale davvero la pena vedere da vicino l’amore e la passione che mette la famiglia nell’ attività e soprattutto un ringraziamento speciale va a Paolo il titolare e papà di Alice che ci ha incantato durante la visita in fattoria. Che dire, continuate così che non potrete avere altro che ospiti super felici e soddisfatti di tutto ciò che proponete. Chicca la spa veramente deliziosa e accogliente da provare assolutamente

Excellent logement. Très bien situé pour visiter pistoia et également Florence. La gare de pistoia pour se rendre à Florence est à 12 min à pied. Logement impeccable, fidèle aux photos et à la description. N’hésitez pas. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Très bonne communication. Merci
