First class location for exploring Bologna. Our hosts were very helpful. The accommodation was more spacious than we expected and we were even serenaded by the Opera School below us.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was sparkling clean. The host was quickly responding to our questions. The location is just 10-15 minutes away from the city center, close to bus stations while the neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend this place.

We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

Brand new apartment, with all the essentials. Fresh rooms even without using air conditioning. Very clean. Exceptional smart TV and connection. A short walk from the beaches. Stefania and her staff are very helpful both for check-in and for advice. We had a very good time.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

From the beginning of our stay to the very end Anthony has been a wonderful host! He recommended us great places and he was responsive to our questions. The place looked like the photos. It was clean and had all the things in the description. It's the best place for the price and it's close to many locations so that you can walk easily. Wonderful stay in a beautiful, warm and unique apartment. Great light, tons of space, and especially loved the smell outdoor space. Lots of quirky cool touches in terms of art, paint, and layout. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return.

It is really a piece of art and part of palazzo! Amazing space with increadible atmosphere of art, architecture and desing. In the same time wifi, a lot of sockets, plates, glasses and any stuff for coocking! At the check-in we received wonderful cake from the hostess which we enjoyed whole stay each morning! Many thanks to the owner. It was really pleasure to spend my birthday in such elegant space!

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.

Great apartment even for 5 people. Big kitchen, two bathrooms and easy access. Highly recommended ;)
