Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Exceptional Souterrain Studio which witnesses history. Cool without air-condition! The brick building was built in 1906 for the KrauseCo company. The company built vehicles for a century and moved out in 2005. In World-war 2, a Bunker was installed which is in it's original state today. Kitchen and Furniture where chosen to fit to not to long gone times . 5 minutes to the river - Danube 2,2km to the giant ferris wheel (Prater) 16 minutes to Schwedenplatz by U1 (1st district).

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

Boravak u ovom objektu nam se jako svidio ☺️ Maria je bila odličan domaćin, brza i ugodna komunikacija, poslala nam je pravovremene i jasne upute do objekta i načinu ulaska u objekt. Sve je kao na slikama, posebno nam se svidjela malena ali jako ugodna terasica. Oko nas je bilo još apartmana u kojima su bili drugi gosti koji nisu baš poštivali kućni red u zgradi (glasna muzika iza 22h) ali je stan jako dobro zvučno izoliran tako da unutra nismo uopće ćuli susjede. Lokacija je odlična, na par minuta hoda od zgrade nalazi se mnogo restorana i veliki shopping centar.

Very clean and tidy. A little far out of the city so if you want to walk, bear that in mind. Easy to reach via public transport though which is a bonus. Katalin was very friendly and helpful throughout. Because it’s in the suburbs it is a bit more peaceful and less noisy so that’s also good! I would have liked a kettle but managed to boil water in a pan to make tea. Overall, I’d recommend it is as somewhere to stay.

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie aus den Bildern und ist gut ausgestattet. Abgerundet wird das Gesamtpaket von den Gastgebern, die nett freundlich und schnell kommunizieren. Außerdem haben sie durch kleine Annehmlichkeiten (wie zb Schirme, Badeschlappen, viele Handtücher, Ladekabel) mehr als nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geschaffen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles bestens. 100% Weiterempfehlung. Gute Lage (U1, U2), Küche top, Badezimmer neu! Restliche Einrichtung sehr einfach, aber das war uns egal. Ich empfehle die Wohnung allerdings nur für maximal 4 Gäste! Die Doppelbetten in den beiden Zimmern sind okay. Aber die zusätzliche Schlafcouch ist definitiv nicht zum Schlafen geeignet. Weder für eine Person und erst recht nicht für 2 Personen. Wir waren zu viert, daher alles bestens. Vielen Dank
