A very neat, clean and well equipped place to stay. It overlooks the spectacular river. We were there when there was still fresh and the heating works phenomenal and we had no problem being with a baby.

Very happy with the place. It's one of those places where you can see that they take care of every last detail. The apartment is fully refurbished and clean as well as not being able to. We didn't need anything. I would definitely come back.

Polite and friendly host who welcomed us in person and showed us the apartment and gave us tips. The apartment is equipped with good quality furniture, the beds are also ideally suited for back patients. From the living room and the terrace, good views of the harbor. Unfortunately, as is often the case in Spain, there were sometimes problems with odor nuisance (hallway, elevator, small toilet and terrace) due to the sewage system, which was beyond Alicia's control. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as smaller supermarkets and two slightly larger ones. Bus and tram around the corner, so you were fully mobile even without a car. We spent 14 days in this apartment and enjoyed the time.

We loves staying here! The place was so clean and right near the strip with all the restaurants and beach. Very walkable and lovely place to stay.

The Casa de Las Letras is an ideal place. Located in a quiet town, it is very well connected to other interesting towns to visit such as Cretas, Valderrobles, Beceite or La Fresneda. The views are breathtaking and the house comes with everything you need to spend a few days of vacation at ease. The beds are very comfortable, the sofas the same, the bathroom is very tidy and the refrigerator is large in case you need to bring food for a few days. The temperature is very good as it is a stone house, but it also has heating in all the rooms in case it is needed and is perfectly adapted to the time of year, to be eco-efficient. It is clear that they are very respectful of the environment but without skimping on comforts. The truth is that we were delighted here and Noemí was always ready to provide us with the info we needed... she even has some ideal guides to the house and the area. the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.
