Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming annexe gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. It's not a luxury holiday home, but it's everything you need in a stunning setting with only 1 minute to the best beach in the area. The sleeping spaces are divided into a bed of 140 * 200 in the cabin and an equivalent in an annex. During the winter period, you have to expect extra costs for electricity and any fires.
