Entire home. This stylish accommodation is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 1-4 children who want a quiet but luxurious home for the holidays etc. 3 double beds in 3 rooms. Air conditioning in the kitchen. There is TV in all 3 rooms + the living room. 5 min to shopping walking. 5 min to the beach by car. 5 min to the city center and restaurants by car. 25 minutes from Nordborg Resort. The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The whole house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Cottage in Dalsgårde - 5 km. from Gråsten - a sanctuary 70 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

The house is centrally located in Asserballeskov close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights on Als. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Rent our Little House

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan
