We absolutely loved our stay at The Cozy Court in Alpine. The space was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and lived up to its name—it truly was cozy and comfortable in every way. From the soft linens to the charming decor, every detail made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to enjoy everything Alpine has to offer. We especially appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special: coffee, waters, toiletries, and a local guidebook. Communication with our host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was effortless. Whether you’re passing through or planning to explore Marfa, Big Bend, or Fort Davis, The Cozy Court is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in town

What an absolutely amazing place to stay. We had the best time, lounging on the couch, listening to music, and just enjoying the space! We will definitely be back to stay for another little get away. We live just down the road in Marathon. This was such a wonderful retreat. So close to everything. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The private front and backyard were a standout feature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The amenities were spotless, and everything was well-maintained, which made the experience super comfortable. The interior aesthetic was beautifully done and fit the vibe of the location perfectly. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and private place to unwind.

Our stay was great! This unit is in a great location in the Herat of Marfa and matched the description well - in fact, the size of the unit exceeded our expectations; we are able to comfortably sleep 3. The pickleball courts and hammocks were great though we didn’t get the chance to try out the sauna. Would recommend as a great place to stay in Marfa.

The Trans Pecos team went above and beyond. Answered all questions leading up to our stay. Was responsive during stay. Have great local recommendations. The space itself is stunning. The skylights brought in beautiful daylight. Space was minimal and well appointed. Felt very private, yet only a few blocks from downtown strip. Walkability is as an added bonus. Close to restaurants, Chinati, etc. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting West Texas.

My partner and I definitely enjoyed our stay! The layout and design was miraculous. We fell in love with the bathroom for sure! The amenities were great to have if you’re looking to spend time outside. They responded very quickly if we had an emergency. But overall if we come back to Marfa next time, for sure staying here again.

This is the fifth time we've stayed here....it has truly become a home away from home. Annette is the best host ever...so responsive and helpful. The place has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. We can't wait for trip #6, which we have already booked. That should tell you everything you need to know!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jim’s house. Perfect location for walking around Marfa and being close to fun stores, art and food! The back garden is a little piece of heaven… morning coffee or evening wine with the fireplace- it was frost and private and lovely. Will def go back!

This place is AMAZING! Just outside of Alpine and the stargazing is superb. Will is a fantastic host and was very flexible and responsive. They graciously allow dogs which was a huge bonus for us, PLUS a fenced in backyard! The property is beautiful and we had plenty of privacy. The home itself was perfectly clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed! I plan on staying here again in the future, thank you so much Will!!

Great place for a family to connect and enjoy all that Marfa and surrounding areas have to offer. Simone was great too!

Kathleen & Tom were both very friendly and welcoming. Also helpful & quick to respond to any needs / questions. Their cozy home is relaxing, clean and well-equipped for any guest's needs. The outdoor area is equally lovely & charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose it again if we're in the area.

Are you looking at this listing and thinking, "hmm this Airbnb doesn't have very many reviews yet, should I book it?" Let me help: YES! We are frequent visitors in Marfa and this will be our new go-to spot. I hardly know where to begin. It was spotlessly clean, it's right next to Bordo and the Water Stop, there's lots to read, the outdoor spaces are well kept and peaceful, it's perfectly outfitted. This would be an ideal spot for a short stay (what we did) or a longer visit (2+ weeks - what we wish we did!). Ylana and Bek are great. Tl;dr You can stop looking for your Airbnb in Marfa now - you found it.

This was the perfect stay. The location can't be beat. There was a sound machine provided in the bedrooms to keep your nights sleep peaceful and uninterrupted. The shower was perfect and the bathtub was lovely for soaking in. Cooking in this kitchen was a dream. The west Texas vibes were just right. Enjoy a cup of French press coffee on the porch in the mornings. Three roadrunners joined us in the yard for morning coffee on our last day so may you will get lucky too. No need to look any further for your spot to hang your hat in Marfa. This is it.

Great place, it had all we needed. The patio is beautiful
