Beachfront vacation rentals in Alpes-Maritimes

Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Appartement adapté à une famille, bien conçu et bien équipé. Elsa et Julien sont à l’écoute et répondent vite à nos questions. Environnement tranquille proche du port et de la promenade des anglais si vous utilisez le Lou Passagin.

Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! Thanks for a very memorable stay ❤️😎👍

We had a wonderful experience. The flat was centrally located in a beautiful square. Beach and Train station are within walking distance and the tram line has a station right outside the flat. The balcony was a nice perk, especially for AM lunch or PM drinks. Upstairs was a little tight, especially if you are 6+ feet, but I managed to get by ok. Nora (our point of contact) was lovely. She greeted us upon arrival and was very quick to respond. We had some issues with the espresso machine and Nora replaced the machine— extremely accommodating.

Yes, it’s on the main street but views of the ocean were fabulous. Special metal shade cut noice outside-slept like babies!! Roof top pools, great views from the Roof Top, and off 7th floor, outside the club house where we lucked out and saw the Drone show put on by the Military in prep for an Oceanic Conference with several Nationalist. Place had everything we needed!! If given the opportunity to come again to Nice France; I would choose to stay here. ❤️

Je recommande vraiment ce logement sublime , en plein centre , et à 1 min de la mer ( accès direct depuis la résidence ..) Kevin a été un super hôte , toujours réactif et présent On reviendra c’est sur ! David

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft um hauptsächlich Rennrad zu fahren. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Wir haben das Hauptbett und das Bettsofa verwendet. Das ging sehr gut und wir haben beide sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben jeden Abend selber gekocht und auch gefrühstückt. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten an Küchenutensilien. Ein Highlight war die Dachterasse. Da in der Nachbarschaft Wiesen und Bäume vorhanden sind gab es verschiedene Vogelarten zu beobachten. Sogar grüne Kanarienvögel! Die Kommunikation per Airbnb-Nachricht verlief einwandfrei mit Delphine. Wir waren etwas überrascht, wie nahe ein dreistöckiges Haupthaus an das kleine Häuschen gebaut war. Es ist ca. 3mm von der Hauptfensterfront des Häuschens entfernt und auf den Fotos so nicht ersichtlich . Das Haus war aber auch schatten-spendend. Gerade für die Essenszeiten draussen war dies sehr angenehm. Der Pool liegt auf der anderen Seite des Haupthauses. Die Poollandschaft lädt sehr zum verweilen ein.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

First and foremost Philippe was an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. He was always so quick to respond anytime we had questions, always offering suggestions and tips. He provided in-depth recommendations of restaurants, activities, and various methods of transportation. His knowledge of Villefranche and the surrounding areas helped us narrow down which spots were worth visiting. As for the guest suite itself, the inside was extremely clean and tasteful. The location is wonderful- being close to the village without actually being in the village. Overall, we were beyond pleased with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

I honestly can’t say anything was wrong with this place! We loved Seb’s apartment, it has everything you need and it’s so nice to be close to the beach. Not only that, but the view is amazing! Seb is an excellent host, super responsive, and has great recommendations!

Mon séjour chez Claudine et Christian s est très bien passé. L emplacement est idéal (200m à pieds du port, 400m de la plage). Commodités à 5 min à pieds (boulangerie, petit casino, pharmacie). Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, réactifs aux messages et discrets. Accès privatif pour la chambre. Très joli piscine. Je recommande vivement ! I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

We loved staying at Adrien’s place! He provided all the baby items we needed and was able to offer us recommendations for photographers and things to do! It was a short walk from the beach and felt very safe.

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

Maxime was an excellent host. He met us at the front door and showed us around the apartment. He was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is just what you see in the pictures. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend at stay at this wonderful apartment with beautiful view of the Azur Mediterranean.

Truly an unbeatable location and was the perfect home base for our stay in Cannes!

Edi’s place is at the edge of Old Nice next door to the castle. The view from the balcony offers an amazing sunset in this charming apartment. When we come next time we will try to stay here again

We had a wonderful time staying at François’s home. The location was great being very close to the water and a short distance from old town. The home was in a quiet courtyard, but around the corner from the tram, making for easy transportation throughout the city! Françoise met us at the beginning of our check-in and helped show us around the home, provided us with amazing recommendations and even prepared a gift basket for us to enjoy! Overall, we loved staying at François’s beautiful home and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
