Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Our house near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for family, friends and Airbnb rentals. Our accommodation is not new, but we prioritize comfort, provide quality hospitality, and are constantly working to improve what we offer. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for the occupants of the house only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets, etc.).

Renovated independent studio (T1) with a separate bedroom (bed 160 cm x 200 cm) in a quiet residential area in Nice. Nice is a very large city (72 km²), and we are 11 km from the Promenade des Anglais, which is about a 20-minute drive. A vehicle is recommended; parking is easy and free a few meters from the house. Large 65-inch (164 cm) TV. All linens are washed at 60°C. We have an electric vehicle charging station.
