Swimming pool with bar ,toilet,shower and small summer shop. (All on private land.) I only accept adults. No children. Owner on site And I'm waiting for you to give you the keys and the beep. The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes away from the dwelling . The air conditioning is no longer working.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin amidst the trees, in a cool and quiet setting between my house and a trailer on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Breakfast can be delivered in a basket to the front of your cabin 6€/pers and evening basket 15€ per person or tables d 'hôtes 24€ by reservation payment only in cash.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

The villa is located between Monaco (6km) and Nice on the famous hiking trail Frédéric Nietzsche, perched above the sea, just below the restaurant "La chêvre d'or" of Eze Village. Because the villa is in the middle of a natural park, you have to walk 10 minutes downhill to get there (or 20 minutes to go up) but the scenery is so striking that you will do it with pleasure. we will provide you a card for free private parking at village

An enchanted break a few hundred meters from the historic village of Carros, at the foot of the mountains, close to Nice and 20 minutes from the seaside. The village supermarket is 900 m away and offers local products, bread and pastries.
