Monthly Rentals in Alpe di Neggia

At the end of October/beginning of November 24, we spent a wonderful week in Andrea's lovingly furnished apartment. We had to go to Ticino at short notice for a sick visit and only booked with Andrea on the eve of arrival. That was super straightforward and easy. The first reaction when entering the apartment was: "this is a honeymoon suite!". Lots of attention to detail, super tasteful decorative details, various vases with fresh flowers, very well equipped kitchen, good light, etc. Everything was just right! Andrea was very straightforward, warm and accommodating. We felt very welcome and very comfortable! We'd love to come back because it's the right place to relax.

The apartment with parking is very easy to find and is located on a quiet street. The apartment itself was also very quiet. Check-in is easy, after consulting with the landlady we were able to move in immediately upon arrival before the check-in time in Ascona (we came from Italy and made a stopover in Ascona). The apartment has been newly renovated, was very clean and included everything we needed. Questions to the landlord were answered after a short time. Within walking distance you can reach the center of Ascona. If you want it more comfortable, take the bus, the stop is practically at your doorstep. We will definitely rent this apartment again; we are often in Ascona.

For festival goers this is a good listing, although you won't be able to make the Piazza Grande screenings.

Esther's place was cosy and well equipped for a long stay. A great location for anyone looking to explore Ticino - particularly the bouldering around Verzasca, Valle Maggia and Cresciano. Thanks Esther!
