Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Alpbach

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended. The house was the perfect size for myself, wife, two teenage daughters, and two dogs. It’s surrounded by picturesque views and located near beautiful walking trails, including one that leads up to a stunning waterfall. There are several good Italian restaurants within a five-minute drive. Garmisch and Oberau are both only ten-minute drives away. The host, Maximillian, was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

Our stay with Lena was top! The house looked as good as in the pictures and was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything you need from utensils to modern appliances. Lena was a great hostess, always available for any questions and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again myself.

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and will recommend it with complete conviction! This apartment would always be our first choice in Ellmau. It couldn't be better! A heartfelt thank you to Tanya!!!

Haus Wildbach is perfectly located for skiing, as you can walk to the gondola on the Winklmoosalm in two minutes. The property offers a well-equipped ski room. The associated garden is huge and is right by a stream. The seating and the fire pit continue to enhance the garden. We highly recommend Andrea's house and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and very suitable with baby. The location is great and it was nice to be able to use the beautiful garden of Alexandra and her family. The family is very friendly and helpful. The sauna feels luxurious and gives a real holiday feeling. Incidentally, we were not bothered by the noise of the hotel next door. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

It was awesome and quiet place , Dorotea very nice, kind and helpful person . We had an issue with our car she communicated with us and provided a lot of support. For sure if I plan to come to Italy again i will stay in this place .

a wonderful place to stay, we loved Sophia's cabin and the campsite. The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! Super cute cottage. Very clean. We had no personal contact with Cor Ort to Roberto, but everything still worked smoothly. Highly recommended if you want to go hiking in Leutasch and the surrounding area. We were also allowed to take our dog with us. Perfect for relaxing.

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! We’ve booked the place for skiing for a whole week. The place was cozy, clean and has all the amenities you would need for such a trip. A full featured kitchen and a nice and easy to use fire pit made our evenings very nice. The view is stunning. The host is communicative and friendly. Keep in mind that the place is uphill and you can only get there by car, no public transportation. The taxi from Aschau or Zell am Ziller is 35-40 EUR. You can also get down to the ski bus directly by skiing on a mild black slope. If you plan to leave the car at the venue, you can get back from the slopes (Hoch Zillertal) by skiing, getting off the piste halfway and walking about 100m. Once you do it, you’ll find it convenient. Overall, we had a very nice time.
