We arrived and were all immediately impressed! We didn't miss anything and our expectations were more than exceeded. Everything is high quality, spacious and lovingly furnished. The kitchen was also a dream and equipped with everything. The bathroom was also extremely luxurious, rounded off with the sauna, to spend a relaxing wellness weekend. The hosts were always easily accessible and provided us with all the necessary information. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We were happy with the property and our host Michael from start to finish. The apartment was as on the pictures in very good condition, well equipped and really spotlessly clean. Michael was very hospitable and helpful. He responded very quickly to messages and helped us. I would always choose the place and highly recommend it. The Internet was also very fast, the connection is great and the parking spaces are large and sufficiently available. The train station around the corner worried us briefly in advance, but you don't hear about it in the apartment. Little operation and no noise. There are many activities in walking distance.

Vlad is a great host, and the place is neat and tidy, on a walking distance from the bus stop for the aki buses. We are deeply thankful for the chats we had with Vlad and for his hospitality. We missed the chance to grab a beer or two together, we will do it next time!

The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We were very happy to stay in Gabriele's airbnb place in Sankt Johann - it was walking distance from the town and close to many attractions of the area. On our last evening we walked up to Tannweg to the Gasthof on the mountain behind us - wonderful views and super place to be staying. My 8 year old son spent a lot of time in the pool behind our apartment and we all enjoyed the peaceful location a great deal. Thanks very much!
