Vacation rentals with a patio in Alnmouth

Had a lovely couple of nights here. Asked for recommendations for restaurant and takeaways before hand and both we chose were very good. Both Marcelle and Alan are very friendly, as are the dogs! mentioned we were staying for my husbands birthday and without asking banners were put up in the room. thank you. Will remember this place if we are ever in that area again.

Sara, a warm and lovely lady, hosted me for a long weekend. The garden room has a nice modern design — clean, tidy, and with a great shower. Strongly recommend booking her place if you’re planning to explore Hadrian’s Wall or the surrounding area!

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

John and Irene very friendly and responsive hosts. Home nicely situated in quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and homely. Well kitted out with everything you need for short stays-in our experience this is not always the case so always take some essentials with us. Can recommend and would certainly book again if visiting the area again. Enjoyed visiting, Tynemouth, Cullercoats and Whitley Bay. Lots of good cafe's and bars and no shortage of supermarkets should you need. People very friendly and welcoming.

This rental is small but perfectly formed. We had everything we needed for our short break. The apt is very central and we found it very handy for everything. There is a small outside area which is a lovely sun trap to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

Great place to stay for a few days while working in Cramlington. The welcome goodies on arrival were a very nice surprise.

We had not been to the area before but were delighted with the accommodation and with Cullercoats. The cottage was stylish and luxurious, ticking all the boxes for a really comfortable bed, great shower, well-equipped, excellent kitchen and everything you needed for a short stay or a longer one. The upstairs ensuite bedroom had a lovely sea view and was really peaceful. The downstairs double room and separate bathroom were practical as we had family visiting. The neighbourhood was quiet and friendly and the location was superb - the cottage was minutes from the beach, a small supermarket and the Metro. You could walk from the door into Whitley Bay or Tynemouth. The beach was excellent and we swam in the sea. The coastal pathway between Whitley Bay and North Shields with its separate cycle lanes will be a wonderful asset and parts of it are already completed. We settled in really well and very quickly and were a bit sad to leave. Thank you to Vikki.

This property is comfortable and has all the facilities needed for a family. It was particularly good for the dogs and treats were left as a welcome for them too. Amble is easy to walk to and is a lovely place to stay and explore. We had a lovely week!

Paul's home was lovely and the perfect base for our family holiday to Northumberland. The house was very spacious and well equipped with essentials like cleaning products, toilet rolls and kitchen utensils etc. Plenty of towels were supplied and the place was lovely and clean. The outdoor space was great for our children as they were safely enclosed and could play freely. Paul was a fantastic host and kept in touch with us to ensure everything was fine. We appreciated the carton of milk, tea and coffee, salt and pepper as we often forget these items! He was also very understanding when our youngest child accidentally broke the TV (which we obviously replaced) and could not have been nicer about this hiccup. We would definitely recommend the house for families as the area is very quiet but near enough to the town to be able to walk in rather than drive. Hopefully, we'll be back up in a year or two and would definitely book Paul's place again!

We all had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect for our visit and is ideal for visits to Beamish Museum. We will definitely come back and stay for longer. Jane and her family were very friendly and helpful, and we loved Ginger the cat.

Had a lovely few days at Rose Cottage. Julie's place was very much as described. Was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need especially comfy bed, nice linen, good shower. Resturant suggestions much appreciated. Great spot for exploring beautiful Northumberland. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, quiet but close to Alnwick and surrounding areas. Cosy home that was well set up for our little one with a travel cot set up for us and a high chair. Lovely and clean too.

Beautiful location and lovely, comfortable accommodation. Lots to see and do with amazing sandy beach within 10 minutes walk. Would highly recommended if you are visiting this lovely part of the world.

Rod was a fantastic host, clear instructions and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and really spacious. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. Lovely clean and well presented accommodating including a well stocked biscuit tin. Kitchen was very clean and as was the rest of the flat and the flat and the walk-in shower/bathroom was very easy as was the shower, with great water pressure. Finally, all within a stones throw of a host of restaurants.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

This place is such a gem. Steve and Susie are absolutely lovely hosts and I could not recommend staying at this airbnb more. I will definitely be coming back!

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

We have just got home from an amazing week in the cottage. We loved everything about the place, location and will definitely be back! We spent the majority of our time out and about and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a relaxing and calming home. Thank you so much, we will be recommending your place and Northumberland in general to anyone that will listen!

This is a really lovely flat, located directly in front of Cullercoats bay. The view out of the living room bay window in the morning is absolutely fabulous. The flat feels really spacious, with two double rooms and a single. One of the double rooms is located downstairs from the main part of the flat (so at lower ground floor level), and the other is at the rear and has the en-suite. All the rooms felt nice and big and the whole place was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It's very easy to find the place, with a lockbox containing the key. Parking is available right outside, with a parking permit provided with the house. There are loads of interesting places to explore in the local area, and the beaches at Cullercoats, Longsands and Whitley Bay are great to play on. We wouldn't hesitate to come and stay here again if it's available when we next visit Tynemouth.

Needed a nice break from a stressful period with work and family. We settled in a short break in Cullercoats, knowing little to nothing about the area except for the long beach walks. Cullercoats, Whitely Bay and Tynemouth were all exactly as we'd hoped. And all in a nice circular walk. By luck, baking hot sunshine too as a bonus. But it was Katie that made everything click. Superb host, very welcoming and super attentive. We were short of nothing, and the recommendations for eating and drinking out were spot on. Hyem was a gem of a find and a really cool relaxing place. Couldn't recommend host, property and location any more. Top marks Katie 👌
