Excellent value for money. It has everything you need for a medium length stay - well equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, even provided slippers and toothbrush. A cleaner came during our stay (I assume this is a weekly thing) which was nice to refresh the apartment. Parking was easy (there was usually space right outside, and if not, very close by). Dimitris was a fantastic host who responded really quickly all the time. He went above and beyond, providing some great recommendations for our stay and even sending some beach towels for us to use. We had no problems during our stay, but I have total faith that Dimitris would have solved them quickly if we had.

We stayed here for 4 days and had a great visit! Wonderful and responsive host who provided easy instructions on arriving and even waited up for us as our late night 2200 flight arrived. The place is very well laid out with an amazing view of the water, feels very warm and cozy. Great recommendations and help provided throughout the trip, even allowing us to stay a few extra hours so we can catch our flight out straight from the place. Would give more than 5 stars if I could, this is a wonderful place for a couples’ getaway and we will surely look to stay here again when we return to Chania!

We stayed for 9 days in a beautiful apartment, very clean and well equipped. The apartment is about 10/15 minutes from the center of Chania, in front of a supermarket and in our opinion, is at the right distance from all the most beautiful beaches (1.45h max). The order, cleanliness and equipment of the apartment allowed us to enjoy our stay to the fullest! I would like to give a special thank you to the very nice Chrysoula. She was very kind, sociable and available to answer all our questions. She was the first local we met and it really warmed our hearts to meet her…thank you! We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at Villa Life. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped and the pool and outside areas (including a mini gym which we weren’t expecting) were excellent. Antonis and Eleni were friendly and responsive hosts, sorting us out with a superb value car rental and responding to all queries very quickly. Plenty of parking and a short walk to lovely restaurants. Overall fully recommend!

The place was exactly as described. Within walking distance of the old town, bus stop and surrounded by a lot of food options (don't forget to try bougatsa! There are two famous places within a 5-min walk). Hosts were also very very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend, and will stay again if I get the chance to visit another time in the future!

Nice apartment, very nicely decorated with retro stuff (e.g. computer games). Spic and span, very cozy bed, spacious balcony, everything essential within walking distance. George is a great host, always responded very quickly to requests and gave us many helpful recommendations. Will come again any time

A wonderful apartment at the edge of Rethymno town, next to the beach and what you would need. A long beautiful walk from the apartment to the town but ideally you’d need transport there is a taxi rank at the beach. All the facilities were excellent 👌🏻 and we will definitely return and recommend. Special thanks to the host and his Mum for meeting us very late as our flight was delayed and she was so friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna's. It is spacious and really well located, just one block back from the very pretty port and its huge selection of restaurants. It is a fifteen minute walk from the bus station. We loved the roof terrace, but the spiral staircase access would be a challenge for anyone with mobility limitations (see photo in the listing). Being located in an urban area and not having double glazing, there was an inevitable element of noise, but it didn't bother us. Anna was very responsive, helpful and responsive to our requests. It was great value and we would happily stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Katerina's place. She welcomed us personally and was always very kind. We felt at home for all the days we stayed there. Chania old town was a bit farther than expected but the two beaches close by were calm and really amazing! We stayed there with our one year old and were able to enjoy the jacuzzi while he was sleeping close by

What a wonderful stay! Fantastic location right next to the Chania Venetian Harbour, steps away from everything the city has to offer. The place was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We had a great stay at Michalis'! The location of the property is ideal, with beautiful views and a quiet environment. Michalis and his son welcomed us warmly, even though we arrived a little later because we had taken the more beautiful route through the city of Rethymno. A carafe of raki and chilled water were waiting for us as a welcome – a very nice gesture from Michalis. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the Cretan sea and surrounded by chickens, ducks, cats and the friendly dog Bruno. Our son was thrilled and would have liked to take all the animals with him! The house itself is large, cozy and perfectly equipped and we felt completely comfortable. Michalis' father even surprised us with fresh eggs, a really loving touch. Overall, this place is a place to relax and enjoy. We will be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Mike is super nice and the flat is very comfortable and sourounded by mountains. Is really nice for hiking trips as well as relaxing and sitting on the terrace and having dinner. There are 4 taverns/ hotel kitchens in omalus, which are ok tastewise. But you can also cook at Mike apartment. His raki is tasty and the olive oil also very nice. Also it’s just 5min from the Samaria entrance by car.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Seastar house! It's a real little paradise with its private access to the sea (you fall asleep to the sound of the waves), its dreamy sunset and its ideal location. The absolutely lovely host came to pick us up on the road to guide us, gave us good advice for visiting the premises and answered any questions we had. Delicious homemade cakes and succulent candied figs awaited us upon arrival. The house is small but very well arranged; the kitchen is well-equipped, beach slippers and towels are available, there are several spots around the house to eat, rest, barbecue or bask in a hammock. Parking is available which is very convenient. You can walk to a nearby tavern. But once there, you're in paradise between the sea and the flowers; you don't want to leave at all. A great place to stay in Old Chania Town. If you use the park outside the apartment be aware you need to be a confident driver as it is a very narrow and other cars park in this alley or need to get past. Host was very responsive and helpful, it is very easy to walk around the beautiful town of Old Chania. The apartment is very clean and pretty spacious, we enjoyed our stay there.

Aggeliki and her father have been very helpful during the whole stay. there is a nice Restaurant named Sterna Chrisi Akti (1.3km distance) that is really worth visiting. great traditionell food and a very nice team. i recommend the rabbit highly !

Argyri and her husband were the best hosts I've ever stayed with, and the apartment was absolutely flawless: excellent location, close to the old city, restaurants and the beach The apartment had absolutely all the facilities: there was nothing we needed and not exist in the home. Furnished modernly and with great taste, the apartment is bright and welcoming, with a large terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The hosts welcomed us with a cake, with fruits, wine and juices in the fridge, and upon departure they gave us local honey. Very friendly, they spent time with us and explained to us the best places to eat, what to visit around the city and in the city. it was everything I could have wished for and I can't wait to come back for a much longer period with my daughter. We have stayed here for a week. The host is very responsive. The apartment has everything you need, central and beautiful. We would stay at this apartment again.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Stefania is the most thoughtful host, she was so friendly, always responsive and greeted us with a home cooked meal which was such a treat when we arrived from our late night flight. The place is stylishly decorated with a lot of thoughtful touches. The beds are very comfortable and the parking spot in front was very convenient. Great location, Lidl and Sinka are about a 10 min walk for groceries. There is a bakery just on the Main Street where we got bougatsa most mornings as well as a lovely breakfast spot called Lily cafe about a 15 min walk. The beach is also only a 10 min walk away. We loved our stay and would love to come back. Thank you.

If you love a vacation off the beaten track, away from the crowds of tourist resorts... this is your place. The house is located in a small village attached to the rock with stunning views of the Rokka gorge. The terrace you'll share with other guests is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif. Be aware that there are cats that come looking for food... for those with allergies... Marianna provided us with food for the first night and was always responsive to any questions or problems. Rokka is the ideal place to explore the beaches of the northwest of the island and Chania. The southwest beaches are at least an hour's drive away. We're taking beautiful memories with us Thank you.

Valia was fast in responding and left clear instructions. The flat has an amazing huge terrace and its location is great, walking distance to the old town.

Good place for a stay in Chania, close to old town and the beach! I stayed with 3 friends and there was plenty of room for us in the apartment.
