We were blown away by the beauty of this place- even more charming than the photos with a very relaxed and authentic ambience. The highlight for us was the rocky beach access to crystal clear water and excellent snorkeling. It’s a bit isolated - which was perfect for us, but extremely well equipped with everything you need for cooking inside and outside! We received a wonderful welcome complete with a large stock of fruits and vegetables. The only downside was it was hard to leave. Thank you for the excellent stay!

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for an autumn vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned as expected. One thing to note is that the hosts live on-site, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but their presence was definitely felt compared to other Airbnbs we stayed in so far. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-kept, dog friendly space with hosts who are nearby to assist.

The only regret we have about booking Elpida was that we didn’t book longer! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The host is absolutely amazing, she’s like having a friend who knows the area and is always available for recommendations. The view was amazing, the space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the apartment had every little thing you might need. This place is an absolute gem of a find!!!!

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the view is absolutely spectacular! Although it is rented through a company, communication was easy and responsive. The surroundings are very lively, so we expected some noise, but the windows are very well insulated, so it wasn’t bothersome. The location is hard to beat! We would definitely come back!

Alexandra is a wonderful host. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and absolutely loved her apartment. It is newly renovated, modern, very clean, with a comfortable bed, small kitchen if you choose to cook, and a lovely ocean view terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the surrounding area. There are great restaurants in walking distance and you can hike to other areas as well. We explored the area and walked to Afrata Beach (about 1.5 hours) enjoyed a lovely seafood lunch at their restaurant, where the gracious owners insisted on treating us. Then walked back through the olive tree fields of Astratigos. Another day was spent driving over to Ravdoucha with a delicious lunch at Waves on the Rock. Alexandra thoroughly knows the island. In addition to hosting a great place to stay, she provided us with excellent recommendations. Thank you for such a special time in Kolumbari, Alexandra!
