A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway.Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views.Around April new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.

The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

The house is fully equipped and it has a beautiful view of the Souda Bay and the Lefka Ori. The distance from Chania airport is about 25klm, 30klm from Rethymno and 5klm from the beautiful sandy beaches of Kalyves. in Neo Chorio that is about 900m away from the house you can find mini market, pharmacy, taverns and cafes.
