Lucie was very hospitable and responded quickly. Super clean big and nice accommodation. The location is perfect with great restaurants and taverns around.

Berta’s apartment is very comfortable. 100m from the beach with a bar restaurant available. Plenty of car parking outside and a very nice balcony with a lovely sea view to enjoy morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We were very happy with the apartment and will stay again in the future.

We had a very nice time in the apartment, the place was exactly as described. Everything was neatly clean and everything we needed was present. We enjoyed the great sea view and the sun on the balcony where we could sit. The sea and shops are in walking distance, completely super. We have been there in a quiet season that made everything very relaxed and quiet. Claudia responds quickly and we had a good contact with Alina who was very helpful and was ready for all our questions. In short, super tasty!! thanks

Maria is a very considerate host who greeted us with a lot of friendliness and provided us with excellent ideas on what to do in Valencia. Her place is located in an incredibly convenient location to see all of the main sites in the city on foot. We have stayed in many Airbnb units and this was certainly one of the best in terms of cleanliness and location. Despite the climate disaster in Valencia which has touched us a lot in view of the many victims, we will keep a good memory with regard to the welcome that was given to us by Enrique in Nules.

The apartment is very nice and the location is perfect. It's about a 40-minute walk to the city. Supermarkets are about 8 minutes by car. You can be on the beach in 30 seconds. Maria was very accommodating. We were even allowed in the apartment much earlier on the first day. Thanks - we'll be back

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at this home in Valencia — from the moment we walked in, it felt like a true home away from home. The atmosphere was cozy, calm, and very safe, which made it incredibly easy to settle in and relax. The apartment itself is beautiful — bright, spacious, and completely barrier-free. It’s perfectly suited for any kind of guest, including families or individuals with special needs. Everything inside was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials we could possibly need. The location was another big plus — just a 15-minute walk to the gorgeous city center. We really enjoyed being close to everything while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. A special shoutout to the apartment assistant, who gave us the warmest welcome. He took the time to show us how everything worked, explained the public transport options, and gave us a few tips. Big thanks 😊

Anna Maria was a wonderful host. Her place is very well appointed with higher end finishes. It was spotless and everything smelled so good. The location is right in the heart of the town center, which makes walking to everything so easy, with so many cafes and restaurants nearby. She graciously provided many restaurant recommendations, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. It is worth the price tag for the location, quality and top-notch hospitality.

We spent a week with our two teenagers in the wonderful apartment and felt very comfortable. The cottage is in a quiet area with insight into real Valencian life. We mostly catered for ourselves and had everything we needed. The nearest supermarket could be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. We really enjoyed the location of the house away from the tourist crowds and the proximity to the wide beach. We borrowed bicycles for the week (from Ruzafa Bike). Valencia has a great network of bike paths and riding through Turiapark is beautiful. So we were in the City of Science and Arts in about 15 minutes and in the Old Town in 25 minutes. The city offers so many possibilities that you can also spend a week in Valencia with teenagers. I can recommend Maria and Jakub's apartment to everyone! Thank you so much for everything!

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace, living room and 2 bedrooms. Quiet and easy to access, next to a campsite where there were not many people given the season. The listing is located in a complex with many listings. Unused basement parking because it's a little narrow to my liking. The environment is peaceful compared to the rest of the city of Orpesa where there are many building bars. The property is nice and well arranged. It lacked equipment (kettle, coffee maker, dryer etc.) and was rather dirty with a lot of dust (probably because it was not occupied before) especially the terrace. Very comfortable bedding. Communication with the host very easy by messaging.

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

We had a very good time, apartment the same as the photos, in the heart of Castellón where we could reach everything in a few minutes (a quarter of an hour walk to get to the station, a few minutes to be on the main streets or close to restaurants). Top cleanliness and very well stocked with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen. We are very happy and above all for quality we have spent very little!

The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, perfect for a large family's extended stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, feeling almost brand new. The bathroom was roomy; however, the ventilation could be improved, and the hot water pressure was a bit disappointing. One of the apartment's greatest strengths—its central location—also presents a significant challenge. Situated right above a popular döner shop and surrounded by numerous restaurants, the apartment can get quite noisy. Between the lively chatter of diners below, late-night revelers, and early morning cleanup crews, getting a full night's sleep can be difficult. Despite these issues, the hosts were exceptionally nice and attentive, ensuring our needs were met with excellent communication throughout our stay.

This location and the quality of the apartment was hard to beat! We felt at home, the place was clean, walkable to nearby amenities, and seemed to be a relatively safe area. We had a great week at the apartment and the host was timely and helpful in response to certain questions. I would recommend this place to anyone from any walk of life.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!

One of the nicest apartments we have ever rented! There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Everything was available, clean and we felt very comfortable. The bus takes you to the city center, the tram to the beach. Just around the corner is a supermarket. It may not be super central, but it is very quiet. Highly recommend!
