Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. #This beautiful chalet completely renovated in 2016, is situated within 100m of the beach of Els Poblets, in a quieter area of the beach almadrava. The nearest bars, restaurants and other local amenities can be found within walking distance in almadrava beach. The city of Denia is 7km away and is easily accessible by public transport or by car. A car is recommended to get to the property and for sightseeing, but there is a bus line to Denia downtown and the nearest stop.

The beach is pebbled to the sea's edge, then it's sand. Very close walking and by car there are beaches totally of sand.
