The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2025. It is centrally located in Allersberg. The outdoor swimming pool is a 5-minute walk, and a bakery, butcher and a grocery store can also be found in 5 minutes. We offer a total of 5 beds divided into 3 rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, pots, pans, filter coffee machine, kettle, stove, etc. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with shower.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this.
