The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

We had a problem right from the start to get into the apartment because the door wouldn't open, but what would have been a negative point Bruno turned into a positive one with his proactivity, speed in solving the problem and willingness to resolve it and accommodate us as quickly as possible. We stayed in a wonderful space that met our needs and more.

Extremely pleasant, my family and I felt at home. The property is wonderful, contact with nature, silence, the children enjoyed it a lot. Everything as described and guided, attentive, caring host and the reception was sensational, a morning basket with delicious items from the region. Impeccable cleanliness, total care! We had a perfect weekend at the house. It was my mother's birthday and we chose this paradise to celebrate. How lucky we are! The house makes you not want to leave. Feels like home … We got there and everything was clean, we had welcome gifts, the bathroom towels smelled wonderful :) The house has everything we need, a beautiful view of the sea and contact with nature. Every day the little monkeys in the woods next to the house would come to visit us. The plus is the “private” beach that we had access to, this beach is good to take the kids, we went in the late afternoon the tide was low it was great. We'll be back for sure :)

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches.
