The perfect accommodation for families! I went with mine and had great moments from booking and check in until the end of the stay. The property is beautiful, all functional and integrated with nature. I rarely stayed in an AirBnb of great cost benefit with the bathrooms and the entire structure so clean. Everything we needed Claudia was available to help and solve. These were great times. It has great waterfalls and restaurants very close by. We'll be back when we can. And for those who want to go to the banana and milk party, the route is about 10-15 minutes by car. Note 10/10.

Wonderful

Thadeu's space is in a condominium close to a 5-minute drive to Bacutia beach, one of the best in Guarapari. Regarding the positive points of the accommodation, I highlight: clean and spacious environment; very good condominium, with bar/restaurant, swimming pool and playground for children; kitchen utensils in satisfactory quantity; 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 good fans; Thadeu was very nice and allowed early check-in, even though I arrived 3 hours earlier than scheduled due to my flight time. Points to improve: the space is advertised as "Casa da Brenda," but it should be noted that it is an apartment on the 3rd floor, without an elevator. I do not recommend it for elderly people, my 77-year-old mother suffered with the stairs; the listing description should make it very clear that bedding is not offered (the photos of the beds do not make this clear and neither does the listing), I only found out the day before. Property recommended for couples with children and people without mobility problems.

We really enjoyed Grosop's accommodations. The place is very nice, perfect for resting. The lake that is very close is very beautiful and relaxing. What could be added on site is a curtain to give more privacy. But overall it was all perfect and we would definitely come back.

Shirley's apartment exceeded all expectations!!! My sister and I have already decided that we will be back next year for sure! And it's not just the apartment: the condominium also gets a thousand note. I will summarize... The apartment is comfortable, it is at a very quiet point, but close to everything good in the condominium at the same time. Shirley is a caring and very competent host, as well as having an infinite patience to explain things to two ladies (myself and my sister!). It was a fully stress-free stay. The ad fulfills everything it promises and more! I loved the condominium. Everything always clean, organized, kind and helpful employees. The pool won my heart and the 24h market saved me! Walking around the condominium is an activity that I recommend to everyone. The two nearby beaches have also conquered us forever: Peracanga and Bacutia are ideal for the person to "soak" in the water! I came home today, but I'm already missing the days I spent in this wonderful place!

Very cozy accommodation, very comfortable house and it suited my family very well. Clean space, easy to get the key. You could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. Wifi working perfectly. Very nice condominium with great structure.

The place is amazing and exceeds all expectations. It is possible to feel the love placed in every detail of the place. The reception of Octávio and Juraci was wonderful, both were helpful and very kind. Thanks for the stay, we'll definitely be back!

The house is very spacious, accommodates 15 people very well. The pool and barbecue area is very good. Tânia is very attentive and responds very quickly. The nearest town with a bakery and market is a 10-minute drive from the house on a very good road.

Our weekend was wonderful, impeccable house, cleanliness, bed linen, utensils, everything with the greatest care. Super recommended

The House and all spaces are better than the photos, it exceeded expectations in relation to the structure, comfort of the house and decoration. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has literally everything we need. The only negative point was that we had small problems regarding the maintenance of the house: the drinking fountain had a problem but was promptly resolved by the host, it rained very hard and some leaks in the external kitchen wet the environment, the showers have very weak water despite being modern. We had a lot of expectations for fishing in the lake at the house, but we were frustrated because there were only super small fish in the lake. Overall, we had wonderful and peaceful moments as a family, the property and the region are very beautiful. Overall we can consider: Structure: 10 Comfort: 10 Maintenance: 7 Fishing: 0 (Only very small fish) Access: 10 Hospitality: 10 Natural Beauty: 10 We were left wanting to visit the region again.
