I highly recommend Eduardo’s place , the house is very cozy and comfortable! It’s located close to very well know restaurants and activities! The jacuzzi was such a wonderful plus and his property it’s right by the community pool !

Everything was excellent, the environment was very clean, Mrs. Adélia and her husband welcomed us very well, gave us all the instructions on what to do and when we needed help with the gas she helped us very quickly! I highly recommend it, her house has so much to do that we didn't even visit the surroundings. Dona Adélia provided us with extreme comfort!!

Very large house… great for big groups. Excellent location, in front of the square and the rosemary restaurant. It's worth every penny.

An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

The property was in excellent condition, with a very clean and organized environment, providing comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The location is one of the main highlights, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families, especially for those with children. The surrounding area is calm and offers various leisure and service options, ensuring practicality. The property space is well used, providing comfort and functionality for all members of the family.

The place is excellent, very cozy. The condominium's facilities are complete: a game room, toy library, playground, court, heated pool, fitness center, all in excellent and modern condition.

House with a nice view of Namorados beach, facing the beach, close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. I didn't like the double bed, it was too uncomfortable, I literally slept in a hole. The mattress was deep at the ends, forming a hole, where it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

The apartment is large and comfortable. The location is great , with market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants close by. The elevator and garage that was very useful to us. Mr. João very attentive, always answered my doubts. We'll be back for sure at the next time.

The place got even better with the small renovation the host did, it's the second time I've stayed in the apartment, it has everything we need as a basic. everything was very nice and clean. We were 10 people, 8 adults and 2 children and everyone was super comfortable

Excellent! Exactly like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach behind the building is cozy, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras is super close, you can walk there. Mr. Luiz was very helpful every time we needed to contact him.

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

Great stay in a super comfortable, spacious house with a beautiful view of the lake. When we arrived we found everything very clean and without the smell of mold. We really enjoyed the leisure area, which is very pleasant with a very good barbecue and swimming pool. Despite being close to the best beach in Guarapari, the house is so good that we didn't even feel like going to the beach lol... We can only thank the owner of the house Alexandre who treated us super well and is to be congratulated!

It's a great place for a family getaway, with children, the elderly and a little dog. Safe, quiet and cozy place.

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address afterwards and everything worked out.

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

Very good house within the proposal and faithful to what was advertised. It is far from the big centers, being ideal for resting and enjoying with friends/family close to nature. Very well equipped, with cutlery, appliances, barbecue items and even a fondue machine! Great for cooking in the period and not having to leave the house. We had no problems with animals and insects. Access to the house has a steep slope, but it is paved. We went during a very rainy period, so I think the humid weather made the pavement very slippery, making it difficult for one of the cars to climb. The hostess was available to help in case of difficulty, but in the end we managed to go up and it was not necessary. The host is excellent, attentive, made us feel very comfortable, answered questions quickly and when it was necessary to guide or request something, she did it through messages! We had a great weekend! We really appreciate the host and recommend the place for sure!

Mateus was always very courteous and helpful. It is noticeable how well the space is well cared for and well thought out, so that the guest can have a welcoming experience. The site serves as few as many people. For those looking for a quiet place, to have contact with nature (as was my case) is a great option. The spaces are all very large, clean and well cared for. The barbecue area is very beautiful, located next to a river, with a natural, super clean and well-kept pool of water. For those staying in a larger group of people, you have the possibility to have fun with a sand court (with a volleyball net mounted). The area of the accommodation (except the barbecue area, which is separate) is all fenced, providing safety for those staying with children and/or pets. The pictures are very good, but the in-person experience is even better. Super recommend and I will certainly return at other times.

The apartment is very large, spacious, well ventilated, with a beautiful, well-equipped and located view. Rogério was requested, friendly, gave clear and objective instructions. Me and my family feel very welcome!

The House and all spaces are better than the photos, it exceeded expectations in relation to the structure, comfort of the house and decoration. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has literally everything we need. The only negative point was that we had small problems regarding the maintenance of the house: the drinking fountain had a problem but was promptly resolved by the host, it rained very hard and some leaks in the external kitchen wet the environment, the showers have very weak water despite being modern. We had a lot of expectations for fishing in the lake at the house, but we were frustrated because there were only super small fish in the lake. Overall, we had wonderful and peaceful moments as a family, the property and the region are very beautiful. Overall we can consider: Structure: 10 Comfort: 10 Maintenance: 7 Fishing: 0 (Only very small fish) Access: 10 Hospitality: 10 Natural Beauty: 10 We were left wanting to visit the region again.
