Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Alençon

Magical stay in a little corner of heaven, Philippe took care of us. The accommodation is beautiful and the environment is very peaceful, it is a perfect place to get away for a few days! There are many activities nearby, very pleasant hikes in the area and pretty villages to visit. I highly recommend this reservation to lovers of calm and nature, but also to those who want to escape for a weekend 🌼

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

Efficient and friendly host who has a discreet but real presence when needed. The house is clean, well-equipped and well-arranged. The calm in the countryside surround the house. A haven of peace, I highly recommend it.

A “cabin” in the woods, peaceful except for the Mourning Dove mourning down the chimney and the cows lowing across the fence, every possible amenity was provided including wine, beer and cidre in the fridge and a very well -stocked bar. Bed was wonderful for nine nights and that may be a travel record. Typical European shower, enough said, didn’t try the sauna but it looked good. Lots more little niceties. However, if you require active, powerful internet and cell coverage bring your Starlink.

Very good extended weekend with family in Aurélie and Sylvain's house. House in the countryside with a beautiful view. Everything is done to make you feel good and to please children and adults: slide, ping-pong table, foosball, badminton court and petanque on a very large grassy field! Everyone enjoyed it ;-) Spacious house, very nice to have each bedroom equipped with a bathroom and toilet. Lots of things to do in the area: visit the characterful city of Saint Ceneri le Gerei, Saint Léonard du Bois, the pearl pond in Averton and 600 m away: visit a dairy farm with milking! Thanks to Aurélie for the complete and accurate information for the stay. Thank you to Emilie for her responsiveness and kindness in managing our arrival and departure. We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful house nestled in the heart of Perche. The place is a haven of peace: absolute calm, soothing views of the garden, and an atmosphere conducive to rest and disconnection. The house itself is tastefully decorated and everything is designed to make you feel good and access to the pretty flower garden is a real plus. Hong and Eric were very welcoming and gave us valuable advice on things to do and visit in the area. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, which we can only warmly recommend. We'll be happy to go back!

What a wonderful stay at Yasmine's! The apartment is perfect, warm, bright, comfortable, matches the photos in every way, I felt at home right away. All the food shops are just a stone's throw away, the nearby restaurants delighted me. Yasmine is a remarkably attentive and considerate host. Beautiful bright and well laid out apartment, a short walk from the city center.

Family stay for 3 nights, very friendly house, everything is clean and nickel. Unfortunately, the tenants before us had damaged the house, but the owners knew how to repair it in record time. Very friendly setting, nice pool, kitchen, living room, spacious dining room, we were 14 adults and no problems. Likewise for the beds, we were all comfortable without being on top of each other. Important point for children, once the electric gate is closed, there is no risk of them leaving the property. Thanks for the stay; I recommend it!

Evelyn and Alain are great hosts. The house had a lot of history. Beautiful outdoor with a nice pool and barbecue setup. Lots of things to do for everyone in the family. Very well stocked.

This Mayanese break for a weekend with friends has done us the greatest good. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the terrace at our convenience and the wooded grounds as well as the jacuzzi in the evening. The playroom was a big plus that made it possible to animate the weekend which was way too short for our liking. Thank you very much to Bénédicte for his warm welcome and kindness. We will definitely be back with pleasure.

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

Very nice house perfect for my birthday with your family or friends. We were 23 and managed to stay in the mansion using the large dorm rooms for children or entire family. Very large living spaces to be all together on the ground floor of the mansion, in the living room, the dining room with its beautiful table or the veranda and a dining area on the barbecue side very nice when the weather is nice. All the amenities are there to have a very nice stay from the kitchen to the hi-fi, to the leisure. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated and the associated bathrooms are very nice.

A true haven of peace! We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. The garden is a real gem: sunny from morning to night, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal outdoors. The interior is just as nice, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are thoughtful and available. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!
