It is located 900 m from the town center, in a hamlet of 3 houses on the edge of the forest, and allows you to reach local shops (bakeries, pharmacy...) on foot, and to go directly for a walk in the forest of Perche Trappe. All 15 min from Mortagne, 2 hours from Paris via the N12, and 10 min from the Soligny water sports center.
