The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

At 1 hr 45 min from Paris, in the Perche, we offer for rent exclusively weekly or weekend, a wing of a 17th-century castle with private forest, in a particularly quiet and preserved site. Large dining room and large living room with fireplace, billiards table and equipped kitchen. A game room and foosball. Upstairs, 7 bedrooms (+ cots), 18–20 sleeping accommodations. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
