This is a stunning 18th Century 5* luxury holiday resort, comprising of 1 x 6 bedroom / 3 bathrooms and has a recently completed state of the art indoor swimming pool complex with temperature controlled water, large sauna and a jacuzzi. My place is close to lovely lakes and parks, you can discover art and culture and is near the medieval town of Lassay la Chateaux. My place is amazing for families with children as there is a Go Karting track nearby and plenty of other things for them to do.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Totally independent, it is at the center of a preserved environment: a 2000 m² garden and pastures as far as the eye can see. Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.
