Country house in a natural environment

I built this house entirely by myself. After almost 12 years of work, I finally managed to create a space of comfort and conviviality as I had dreamed of in my initial project. The house is built with eco-friendly materials that respect nature in all its forms. The house uses wood for heating and electric radiators for backup. The stove is gas and works very well. Eventually, the garden and space will be transformed into a small farm.

This wooden architect's house, located on the edge of the Perche forest on a beautiful plot of 10,000 m2 bordered by trees, can accommodate 4 people. Very quiet, immersed in nature (deer are frequently seen and birds are at home), it also offers all the comforts for a serene stay. It is ideal for a family as well as for a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It consists of an open space of 42 m2 + mezzanine of 9 m2.

Treehouse in the Perche Normandy

The treehouse of the Perche is built around the trunk of a centuries old sweet chestnut tree on the edge of a big hill. It sits in the middle of our nature reserve which covers 25 acres and gives stupendous views over the valleys and forests of the Perche. Comfortable in all seasons with bathroom and kitchen, we can welcome up to 5 guests. 2 big terrasses allow you to spread out, cook outside, read and nature watch.

Stop with ease

The Ranch is a small hard cabin ideal for a break dedicated to rest, during a walk for example on the Ornaise greenway which passes right next door. In this 15-square-meter space, you have as much space as the horse that has its stall right next door. The 2 horses can be on site, or moved. In any case, the view is of the countryside, and that's refreshing! Here, there's nothing to do but walk, breathe.
