We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, and 800 m from the village of Ceton with all amenities, this authentic Vau Gelé family home is ideal for hosting family and friends in large numbers. My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. It can accommodate up to 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms.

I have a natural swimming pond, children’s play area, boules, table tennis and 3 acres of enclosed gardens. 20 minutes from water sports and outdoor activités, an hour from superb beaches and surrounded by medieval and WW2 history. You will have two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with bunk bed and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.

Nestled in the rolling countryside of Normandy, lies "La Grange". On the edge of the forests, ponds, orchards, fields and meadows full of horses, everything here exudes silence and tranquility. What was once a small farmhouse, later inhabited by artists and the British, is now a typical Normandy home, an oasis of peace and greenery, on the edge of a small hamlet, where people know each other and there are no house numbers.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche.
