The place is very quiet, comfortable and safe.

Studio apartment in great location. Right next to park and flea market. Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Apartment was large and included all necessary, kitchen and living supplies. Bonus laundry room just one floor above. Beautiful large balcony fat felt very private and great overlook of parks and surrounding buildings.

Federico welcomed me, super friendly at all times, he made me feel very comfortable throughout the stay, as if he were a friend! The apartment is spacious, it has everything described in perfect condition, also the new bed is very comfortable and the washing machine is super useful too The balcony is very nice and has double glazing (which can be opened), so there is no noise in the apartment and you can rest or work in perfect tranquility 😄 There is only one apartment next door and it's super quiet. The apartment's location is very safe, and it's in an area where there are many activities to do nearby, even on foot. There is also a kiosk practically next to the building and on the corner another one that is open 24 hours a day. It's also a big plus that there's a pool for hot days :) I highly recommend the place, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!
