Se trata de un edificio antiguo totalmente renovado y equipado con cocina vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico, pequeños electrodomésticos, vajilla y ropa de cama y baño. Tiene un patio cerrado con acceso desde la cocina para relajarse o comer en el exterior y un balcón sobre la calle.
