Todo de maravilla. Ventura nos atendió de manera excelente, con mucha flexibilidad para la llegada y salida. Tuvimos todo lo necesario para dos bebés (tronas, cunas, juguetes). Totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Todo genial, la casa está muy aseada, ordenada y cumple con lo mostrado en las fotos. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier sugerencia de sus huéspedes. Toda una experiencia, tanto en la estancia en la casa, como en el entorno que hay alrededor. Super recomendable y viaje para repetir.

Beautiful villa, very clean inside and out. There was eight of us and there is plenty of seating in different areas around pool. Lovely outdoor kitchen which was great to be able to use along with large dining table outside. The host put us in touch with Kevin who looks after the property, he was very informative prior to our arrival and gave us lots of ideas of things to do during our stay. He came to clean the pool during our stay and was happy for us to txt with questions we had from things to do and good restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend a stay at Oscar and Melissa’s Villa.

Todo de 10. El mejor comentario que puedo hacer es que este es el segundo año que venimos y que esperamos seguir volviendo en el futuro.

Geweldige ligging makkelijk naar zee te lopen. Het waren 4 heerlijke weken. Tuin had in het begin wat weinig zon in begin februari staat de zon nog laag. Maar op het balkon was het heerlijk. Aan het team bedankt .We hebben genoten😄

Absolut alles war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu zweit aber auch zu viert kann man hier eine tolle Zeit haben. Nachträglich haben wir noch Grillbesteck vom Vermieter bekommen. Wir konnten uns immer melden, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren sauber und gepflegt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen: Grill, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Smart-TV, WIFI, genügend frische und saubere Handtücher, elektrische Außenrollos, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Wir hatten hier komplett unsere Ruhe und konnten den sehr Urlaub genießen!

We had a wonderful week with our three little kids in Steves Villa. The pool is the most beautiful we have seen so far - a very special experience. Both terraces have a great sea view and you will find every equipment you can think of. On top of that, Steve is an amazing host as he was the one who managed that our car which had a broken tire was fixed - we are so thankful for his support.

From start to finish Roxane was amazing, communication was always fast and helpful, she certainly deserves her super host status! Dominique and her husband welcomed us to the villa, they were super friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an ultra modern villa then this is not for you, it’s a beautiful traditional Spanish family home, full of character that is well loved and feels like a home from home. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us. The indoor space is large but it’s the outdoor space that is the real eye catcher. 360 degree views and seating along with a stunning pool area. The close proximity to the village means we could easily walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. The villa was clean, private, secure and peaceful. There are not enough words to praise Roxane and her home. We loved every minute of our visit (except the mosquitos), we would highly recommend it and are already looking to book next year. An amazing trip for all ages!

Geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa van clara. Vriendelijke host, reageert altijd en flexibel. Villa is ook zeer goed gelegen met meerdere attracties in de buurt. 5 min afstand winkelcentrum 10 min afstand benidorm. 5 min afstand terra mitica 30 min alicante.

La casa muy cómoda y buen plan con amigos, piscina y BBC. Lo único el tema del agua caliente, si nos duchábamos los 14 a la vez no llegaba. Por lo demás genial.

Pasamos los días de fin de año en familia. La casa es amplia, estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario de menaje de cocina. Lo único que destacaría como punto negativo serían los colchones y las almohadas, que eran un poco incómodos. La experiencia fue genial y la comunicación con la anfitriona muy rápida y eficiente. Nous avons passé de très bon moments dans cette superbe villa. Tram vraiment très proche, et possibilité de commander Uber /cabify ou autre . je recommande

We stayed here with 7 lads. Absolutely amazing villa just a shame a few issues wrong with the villa. The electrics didn’t work in the down stairs bedroom and the pool wasn’t clean and also one of the shutters wouldn’t open. Note this villa is far out the way to a lot of things so a car is needed

Thank you Monica and Jaime, we had a lovely time at a beautiful resort. Hosts were extremely nice and responded in a good time. Very helpful with recommendations with cabs and boat trips for a day out. Would highly recommend.

Thank you so much to Pierre and his wife. We have just returned home after a fantastic 10 days spent in Busot. The Villa is a traditional Spanish dwelling, large outside area with fantastic fruit trees (made lemonade most days) and palms for shade. Pierre met us at the villa in the evening to greet us and talk us though everything. He gave us many restaurant, local places and shop recommendations and continued to answer our questions well into our stay. The Villa was fantastic for our needs. The swimming pool was exactly what we needed with 3 young children. The house had plenty of space and everything in the kitchen you need. The outside kitchen was a big plus for us, many bbqs over our 10 day stay. The only thing that would make the Villa a 10/10 would be air con, 37 degrees with no air con was tricky but we got used to it in the end! I would still highly recommend Pierre’s beautiful villa for a peaceful, safe, beautiful Spanish holiday!

We had a great holiday staying here. A fabulous well equipped house with beautiful views. We spent hours in the pool enjoying a swim and looking at the mountains. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Incredible view of the blue Mediterranean Sea, and beautiful green mountains, fields, and orchards. So very tranquil and relaxing. Very spacious and comfortable. Relaxing patio to sit in the morning sun. Beautiful pool in the back yard. Amazing hosts that answered questions within minutes. So pleased with our decision to stay at Villa Fèlix. 5.5 Stars!

Great week away with the family, the property had everything and more for our 18 month old son including high chair, cot and some toys. Petar was fantastic and even went out to pick us up some essentials for our first night as our flight landed fairly late. Would stay again without a doubt.

The Villa is very spacious. Lots of seating areas outside. Pool is good, maybe a touch small for the size of the villa but the kids had a great time. Bedrooms all very good, nearly all have an en suite. Craig was excellent at communication, we had a few issues at the villa, not his fault and he did all he could to sort them. The aircon is good and runs through the whole house rather than separate ones in each room. If you stay here you will need to hire a car, for going to the supermarket etc. Altea La Vella is 30mins walk but is all down hill going through windy roads, the walk back is hard. It has several lovely restaurants in it and a small supermarket, further is Altea and is about 15mins away in taxi and was about 14 euros, Mercadona is a great Supermarket. If you sit outside at night you may get bitten so take the spray and bite cream. wifi was good, it has boosters around the higher parts so sometimes connecting to them was better when upstairs. We would defo stay again.

Casa fantástica y en una urbanización muy tranquila. Si busca playa, Calpe esta muy cerca y las playas son estupendasLa comunicación con los dueños ha sido siempre muy rapida y satisfactoria. Sin duda una gran elección de sitio para pasar las vacaciones

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

Well worth the price, check-in was smooth and check-out even smoother. The villa is a comfortable, cozy, and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much:)
