Vacation rentals with a pool in Alcavaneras

Fijne bungalow die ruim genoeg is voor 2 a 3 personen. De slaapkamer heeft een open verbinding met de woonkamer als er dus een derde persoon op de slaapbank slaapt is er wat minder privacy. De ruimte is schoon, de locatie van de bungalow is 1800 meter van het centrum van Playa Del Ingles of de vuurtoren van Maspalomas. Het verouderde winkelcentrum Faro 2 is vlakbij en daar zijn een aantal restaurants en supermarkt te vinden. De ligging is rustig. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep uitstekend en we konden met de juiste codes eenvoudig toegang krijgen tot de bungalow. We hebben hier een prima tijd gehad.

We really enjoyed the stay! Calm small neighbourhood a km from Taoro beach, Amadores beach another km walk away. You need a car to stay here since there are no stores within walking distance. But with a car Puerto Rico is close. There was some issues with entering the pool area, but Saskia could open remotely and always responded quickly when needed. The terrace is absolutely lovely!

This bungalow is a real gem! Super comfortable and totally private. The garden is beautiful and a sun trap- but with shaded areas too. The shared pool is a few seconds away. It felt very peaceful there and yet you’re only 5 minutes from the Yumbo. I would 100% stay there again. Marcos and Carlos were very welcoming and helpful.

Carol ha sido una anfitriona espectacular, desde el minuto 1 ha sido muy amable, cercana y muy rápida en contestar. El bungalows es súper acogedor, muy tranquilo, céntrico y estaba muy limpio. Carol ha sido muy detallista con todo. Nos ha encantado la experiencia y sin duda alguna volveremos. Nuevamente… ¡ mil gracias Carol!❤️

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Communication was great and check-in/out very flexible. Thanks! In the morning you can hear the cars from the street and there aren't any nice restaurants/bars close by. But the location is great if you want to get rather quickly to all the nice places in Gran Canaria (Las Palmas 15min, Maspalomas 30min, mountains for hiking). The price for heating the pool is 30€ per day.

Alles bestens gelaufen. Claudia hat immer schnell reagiert und die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Eine schöne Woche in einer sehr guten Lage. Kommen bestimmt wieder

Villa Calypso is a good sized, comfortable villa with the main living area and first bedroom on the ground floor, with two more on the lower level. There is also a big games room, well equipped with large TV, PlayStation, Pool Table and Bar Football. There are also a large selection of videos and board games. In the garden there is a pool, table tennis and a number of seating options including a covered dining area. We had a very enjoyable stay, and our twin 9-year-old grandsons had a great time with all that was on offer. The kitchen area is small and a little cramped but fine for preparing lunches etc - there are of course countless restaurant options about a 5 minute drive away. Fernando, our host, was very helpful and communicated extremely well, with any queries answered very promptly. All in all, a very good property in a pleasant part of the island.

We had an amazing week in San Agustin and absolutely loved this house! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and the outdoor patio and garden was perfect for hanging out and catching sun at any time of day. We really appreciated the gym and used it every day! There is plenty to do and everything is a short walk away - don’t let the hill scare you on your return walk, it’s not as tough as it looks! We had family of all ages (age 4-70+) and the house was comfortable and safe for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

In der Regel empfinde ich Airbnb Bewertungen, mit ihren Superlativen überzogen. Aber diesmal bleibt auch mir nicht anderes übrig. In den vielen Jahren, in denen ich bei Airbnb Unterkünfte buche, habe ich noch nie so einen überragenden Gastgeber wie Max gehabt. Es begann, als am Flughafen mein Handy geklingelt hat und Max mir erklärt hat, wie ich schneller an meinen Mietwagen komme, bis zur Nachsendung unseres vergessenen Babyphoness durch eine deutschsprachige Freundin von Max. Auch in den vier Wochen, hat sich Max proaktiv, um uns bemüht und gekümmert. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt auf der Insel, 30 Minuten nach Mogan und 35 Minuten nach Las Palmas. Strand Fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, wir konnten vier Wochen lang draußen mit Meerblick frühstücken. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man gebraucht hat. Es waren zwei Babybetten und Kinserstuhl vorhanden. Ich kann Max und seine Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour, appartement lumineux, bien organisé, belle terrasse, vue sur mer, proximité plage (et très belle plage), tennis à disposition, petite superette dans la résidence, proximité du petit centre d'Anfi del Mar. Hôtes très réactifs. A recommander!

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Buenísima experiencia. La anfitriona muy conectada, reaccionando y solucionando todas las dudas muy rápido. Muy servicial y empática. Al ver nuestra niña pequeña en seguida ha sacado los juguetes de su nieto y nos ha dejado todos. La casita encantadora, muy funcional y muy bien decorada. Tenia todos los detalles. Nos hemos sentido en casa y no nos falto nada. La zona muy tranquila y muy bien conectada. La zona infantil, la piscina y pequeño jardín privado. Incluso el campo deportivo en la urbanizacion. Una maravilla

Ich war bereits öfter im Appartement von Eugenio. Das Bad wurde renoviert und im Wohnzimmer gibt es zwei neue Tische. Nur knapp 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Bushaltestelle ist um die Ecke. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich gegenüber. Nur 5 Minuten bis zur Kasbah. Insgesamt eine ruhige und gepflegte Anlage.

Just returned from 3 wonderful weeks in Marian’s apartment. Marian very helpful with any questions we asked. Complex is very well looked after and receptionist, Patricia, also available to help. Definitely needed a car, which we knew. Will book again

Alice was super friendly and quick to respond to our questions. She also proactively offered for us to have a late check out which was great as we had evening flights!

Un appartement situé à 10 mn à pied de la plage de Playa del Ingles est un plus 3 👍 pour qui marche 10 km sur la plage. Appartement agréable, bien équipé pour 2, très tranquille, sans aucun bruit de voisinage, des bruits de nuit festives lointains sans perturber le sommeil. Appartement très propre, bien agréable à retrouver pour une bonne nuit après un bon restaurant. Un contact libre avec Zen the owner qui demande si tout se passe bien every day if needed. 👍 sans réserve et may be a new reservation the next year if heath is ok. Nous somme très content d’avoir passé les vacances de noel chez Isabel. La maison est magnifique correspond exactement aux photos. Elle est grande luxueux et tres propre, très jolie vu sur la plage. La piscine est propre et bien entretenu. Nos enfants ont bien amusé ! L’emplacement est bien et calme, idéal pour famille avec enfants. C’est très proche de l’aéroport, donc très pratique pour arrive et départ. Isabel est très gentil et très disponible! La communication se passe très bien! On reviendra si on repasse les vacances dans l’île !

Bonjour, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison . Son authenticité et son modernisme m’ont charmé. L environnement est agréable (piscine magnifique) juste le bruit de la route mais pas si gênant que ça. La maison est bien équipee et offre une belle intimité. Manque juste un parasol sur la terrasse pour profiter des après-midi au soleil.

We enjoyed a lovely week in Gran Canaria based at this villa. The villa is spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped and just what we were looking for. There are pool tools for your use and lots of BBQ equipment. It's in a residential area with free parking, close to amenities such as a supermarket and retail park and locally (about 15 mins walk) you will find a couple of good restaurants in La Garita - we enjoyed La Sabina and Restaurante Puerto Madera - there is also a great bakery in La Garita which is open super early. The weather wasn't fabulous for us so we didn't get to fully appreciate the pool and garden with all its outdoor options but we did enjoy the BBQ area. Its a great location for getting around the island - either north to Las Palmas or south to the resort beaches; we also took a fabulous drive inland and across the mountains, only about 10/15 minutes drive from the airport - so a great location.

Si vous aimez les rangées d’immeubles impersonnelles et bétonnées en bord de falaise, face à la mer, ce n’est pas chez Xeph qu’il faut aller! Par contre, si vous recherchez un endroit authentique et paisible, foncez! L’endroit est juste exceptionnel et participe grandement à la réussite du séjour. La situation de la finca est parfaite pour visiter le cœur de l’île, ses montagnes, ses canyons, ses chemins randonnées mais également ses plages. Il faut se deplacer en voiture mais on est heureux de retrouver la belle Finca après des journées à vadrouiller. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons aimé les multiples endroits où petits déjeuners, déjeuner, dîner … ce n’était jamais le même cadre mais toujours une très belle vue sur les montagnes. La communication avec Xeph est réactive et fluide et il a pensé à tout pour qu’on l’on trouve facilement le logement. Piscine non chauffée, glaciale en février mais bon pour la circulation sanguine après les randonnées
