House vacation rentals in Alcavaneras

Great house - as described. Definitely peaceful - I would recommend the ocean view - amazing. Daily cleaning and pool cleaning. House was spacious and everything we needed. Local shop on site for everything you require. Gym was equipped with what we needed - also surround gardens well kept. Beach club - we didn’t use As we had our own pool and sea view. It was a 10 min walk to the town - lots of restaurants and bars, food was always great. Taxi to Maspalomas was 20 Euros - more activities and restaurants. We had a lovely restful holiday :)

We are very happy with the experience here in this big and great villa. The layout of the house is perfect for many people, and we were a total of 8 adults + a baby. The house has all the amenities and the outdoor area is absolutely beautiful with views of the golf course and The Dunes. In addition, it was great with the heated pool. The outdoor area was actively used. We rented bikes to everyone and this way both shops, the restaurant, and other amenities were easily accessible. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds in the 4 bedrooms were good and very convenient with 3 bathrooms. The living room was also great, with a large and good sofa group as well as a large dining table with room for everyone. Wishing you an amazing experience is this place!

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Communication was great and check-in/out very flexible. Thanks! In the morning you can hear the cars from the street and there aren't any nice restaurants/bars close by. But the location is great if you want to get rather quickly to all the nice places in Gran Canaria (Las Palmas 15min, Maspalomas 30min, mountains for hiking). The price for heating the pool is 30€ per day.

Everything went well. Claudia was always quick to respond and the place was exactly as described. Have a nice week in a very good location. I'm sure we'll be back.

Villa Calypso is a good sized, comfortable villa with the main living area and first bedroom on the ground floor, with two more on the lower level. There is also a big games room, well equipped with large TV, PlayStation, Pool Table and Bar Football. There are also a large selection of videos and board games. In the garden there is a pool, table tennis and a number of seating options including a covered dining area. We had a very enjoyable stay, and our twin 9-year-old grandsons had a great time with all that was on offer. The kitchen area is small and a little cramped but fine for preparing lunches etc - there are of course countless restaurant options about a 5 minute drive away. Fernando, our host, was very helpful and communicated extremely well, with any queries answered very promptly. All in all, a very good property in a pleasant part of the island.

We had a lovely stay. The exchange with Tony was great. For our tall teenagers, the bed in the upper room was a little too small, which is why the one slept on the couch (extendable). In addition, the mattresses of both beds were quite hard, especially those from the lower room. Unfortunately, you cannot darken in the upper room has direct access to the toilet/shower. On the kitchen picture is a dishwasher. However, this is no longer available. Dishes are exactly for 4 persons. We lacked larger bowls for salad or something. There is no coffee maker but an espresso cooker made of stainless steel. However, this is missing the handle. Our boys enjoyed bathing in the (unheated) pool. There are many free public parking spaces in the area. Also thanks to the closed shopping center right nearby. We did some excursions by rental car.

Among all the accommodations we have tested through Airbnb, this one is undoubtedly among the best. The house is spacious, bright, decorated and tastefully furnished. It's perfectly equipped, it immediately feels good. The outside is just as pleasant: the pool, at the ideal temperature, allowed us to enjoy daily swimming throughout the stay but also the great sunbeds and mattresses... The location is also an asset: close to the dunes and Playa del Inglés, within walking distance, and ideally located for exploring the rest of the island. The climate in this area is particularly mild, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A well-stocked supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away, which is very convenient. Finally, a big thank you to Daniel, who was exemplary and very kind throughout our stay. We recommend this listing without a second thought. +++

Nice bungalow that is spacious enough for 2 to 3 people. The bedroom has an open connection with the living room if a third person sleeps on the sofa bed, there is a little less privacy. The place is clean, the location of the bungalow is 1800 meters from the center of Playa Del Ingles or the Maspalomas lighthouse. The outdated shopping center Faro 2 is nearby and there are a number of restaurants and supermarket. The location is quit. Communication with the host was excellent and we were able to easily access the bungalow with the right codes. We had a good time here. We had a good time here

I enjoyed my stay. Clem was easy to contact. Whilst a little worried about electronic locks, this worked very well and meant I didn’t need to take out any keys. Bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied whilst there were welcome goodies on arrival. The garden gets the sun from morning til an hour before sunset.

Great anfrition, who was eager to help even with things outside of the home that we ask for the house is as in the photos, I even leave us drinks in the fridge when we arrive, without pegas

A unique find with panoramic views of the north coast which is a great for surfers! Highly recommended for people that enjoy being surrounded by nature and don't mind mountain drives! Would definitely return!

Everything was perfect, I had arranged to leave my case as my flight was early but when I arrived, everythimg was alrrady in.place for me to stay. Piotret met me and showed me around, a really good guy to have close by, incase you lock yourself out.😁 The bungalow is perect and in a superb location, close to everything and also very private. I would very gladly stay here again...and again. From start to finish, Renato was extremely helpful. Thank you so much David

the hosts were superfriendly and quick to reply to any questions we had. they even helped me book transfers to and from the airport which made our trip less stressful. we lived 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and it was perfect size. the yard was perfect for the kids, they loved it. well isolated house if you closed windows you could not hear anything. there was AC in each room. super comfy couch, lots of chairs available inside and outside.

The place is cozy, with a small yard that our toddler absolutely loved, and we felt safe letting her roam freely. The owners are incredibly helpful, polite, kind, and caring. It’s about a 40-minute walk to the beach, bus stop, and a basic grocery store, with a few parks nearby. A truly peaceful and relaxing spot. Also, a very beautiful garden, full of blossoms, warm enough —not too hot compared to other places around (due to vegetation).

Great welcome from the hosts with a nice surprise of a bowl of fruit to help us settle in. The house was spotlessly clean including the outside area. Plenty of parking nearby and a shop opposite to get your daily needs.

Very nice accommodation located close to everything (shops, bars, casino, dunes, beaches). Air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom. Luxury to have one bathroom and one toilet per room. There are a few small malfunctions probably due to the seasonal occupation but nothing disturbing. Linda responded to our request to have two cribs very kindly. She also gave us all the good tips in the area. I would recommned this property. Looking forward to coming back.

The only downside is the noise of traffic in two bedrooms at night and a narrower bed together. The apartment has a comfortable space for a stay. Parking lot always available in front of the door. The drying rack inside is missing.

Great value for money, great location, responsive and friendly hosts, clean accommodation and matches the photos! The only small flaw is a common space inside (living room), although the large roof terrace is nice! Thank you for hosting us!

It was a dream vacation. We were there with friends and enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the covered terrace. Cooking and grilling were also great. Everything is available and very well equipped. All coffee machines and spices are available. Thank you for a great time Highly recommended and beautiful.

We loved the house! Perfect for 6 adults and a little girl of 9 months. Three nice, large bedrooms where you can be private and a large social area with kitchen, living room and a fantastic garden with pool. Everything in top condition and homey! The house was very well equipped, not least the kitchen, we lacked nothing. Possibly the knives were a bit dull. :-) Our family has rented several houses both in GC and other countries and this is clearly top notch. The house owner Gerard is very nice and met us personally. He had provided high babychair, babycot and even a small inflatable pool for the little girl. We felt very welcome, Gerard is a real gentleman.

The house is beautiful , the views are great.. comfortable beds.. it has everything you need for everyday life, washing machine, dishwasher, dishwasher, ... the perfect garage for 2 cars.. amazing living room... we have stayed 8 adults perfectly. Mel, despite not seeing us in person, has been pending. Perfect location to visit the rest of the island and will return to a quiet place to rest.. that is essential car.. We highly recommend it. Carol has been a spectacular host, from minute 1 she has been very friendly, close and very quick to respond. The bungalows is super cozy, very quiet, central and was very clean.
