Vacation rentals with beach access in Alcavaneras

Antonio is the most friendly host we have ever met. His appartement was perfectly suited to us and was immaculate. He was always around if we needed anything and was incredibly friendly. Would massively recommend staying here to anyone!!

The place was everything we needed. There was a super equipped kitchen. The location was almost on the beach, so also great. There was everything we needed in the area. Both day and night it was quite noisy. Otherwise, everything was great!

Perfect studio next to the beach. The location is amazing with plenty of restaurants and shops close-by. It was clean and relaxing, perfect for 2 people!

Everything you could possibly need, Gregorio insured was provided, it’s so close to the beach and we really enjoyed it!

We had a total blast! The apartment was perfect for our needs, it is literally just a few steps to one of the greatest beaches of my whole life. We needed some flexibility with our check-In and Check-out, but our Hosts were very friendly and able to accomodate our every need. We even got some local sweets at our check-In. All in all would definitely recommend and also come back :)

The place was really very nice and exactly as described. The kitchen was really well equipped and all utensils of very good quality. Our highlight was the large roof terrace, as well as the elevator that led directly into the living room. Ignazio was an extremely good host who responded quickly and was very helpful. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

The apartment matched the listing perfectly: clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host's service was excellent, always available and attentive. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets nearby and the beach a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended.

We had amazing time at this cosy apartment. Amazing views from the balcony, with the beach right at your doorstep. We had everything we needed. Nadia and Andy were very helpful and responded quickly. We definitely recommend this place.

Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

A phenomenal view makes the house so special. The interior has met our taste well. The sea drowns out the existing road. One thing she doesn't mind, the other. However, the house is not quiet, but the sea comes to the house. This house has been chosen for this. A small car is recommended for the parking space. The nearby natural pools can be reached on foot. All other destinations quickly by car.

I had a wonderful stay at Sol’s place! She was incredibly responsible and responsive. The space was super clean, just like in the photos, and exactly as described. Getting in was easy, thanks to her clear and detailed instructions. Overall, Sol made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend staying here!

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

This house really was a little paradise, no kidding🥹 I think the best airbnb of our life. The position in gran canaria is unique, up on a beautiful and not crowded beach, so relaxing. You have everything you need in the kitchen, very near pharmacy and market, parking, and is possible to reach maspalomas in some minutes by car. The little balcony and patio on the sea are perfect to relax, showering, read, yoga.. hope to come back asap and thanks virginia for the kindness and support in everything!

a truly perfect accommodation. very large house with a large terrace, equipped with everything, 2! bathrooms, quiet surroundings, not far into the center - also by public transport, safe neighborhood, great location, also supermarket bakery restaurant and cafes within walking distance, very warm hosts, fantastic views. everything was even better than expected, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and this accommodation simply helped to enjoy this island! Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a great week’s stay at Ana’s Airbnb. It was exactly as described and had everything you could need and more, from beach chairs to sandwich makers. It was incredibly well equipped. Ana was very helpful and responsive, and left some nice recommendations including local restaurants. The location next to the beach was fantastic too. However, it should be noted that it is very noisy at night even for deep sleepers, so do take that into account. The doors to the balcony have single glazing and it faces a noisy street, partially due to the location next to the beach (lots of people around at night even in March) and partially because of the garbage bins (including glass) outside which are used by nearby restaurant staff even at 1am. The hallway of the building is also very noisy and you can hear anyone on the stairs/elevator as well as the neighbours. Overall, the Airbnb is immaculate and provides everything you need, but do keep that in mind if you don’t want noise.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. In the morning we worked remotely. The internet was very stable and the view while working was a dream. The residential area is a little secluded, so it is very quiet. There is a small bathing area between the rocks. Ralf was super easy to reach and was always able to help, a great host!

Great apartment, definitely a lot of care went into it New, spacious and very clean, minutes away from the beach perfect for a longer stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Orlando’s apartment. The view was incredible and you are far away from mass tourism. Everything was great, clean and calm. Thanks Orlando for having us!

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool as well as direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was straightforward and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Jesus' home is in a great neighborhood. The proximity to the beach, great places to relax within walking distance, make it ideal for travel. The house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen equipment, dishes to beach towels. I recommend this place and will be happy if there is an opportunity to use it again.

The kitchen has exactly everything you need. Temperos, chas, olive oil, everything! All that we travelers usually spend time and money buying, so that we can have a home-cooked meal? Not on this airbnb, as the space provides you with everything you need. Even fabric softener! I spent a week with my boyfriend, worked remotely and we also strolled. Extremely well located, close to 2 markets, and super close to the waterfront. Extremely clean local, the kitchen is really impeccable.
