Beautiful apartment, it is a very cozy attic on the second floor with a large terrace, tastefully furnished, kitchen equipped with various appliances, very comfortable bed, the area is very quiet, you can easily find parking in the neighboring streets, it is close to the main avenue of Vecindario where there are many shops of all kinds, supermarkets and clubs. Jacinta gave us a great welcome, in the house we found sweets, coffee in capsules and natural water! Highly recommended!

The apartment was incredibly well designed - fantastic flooring and tiling throughout, modern decor and kitchen, and I loved the outdoor dining table with automatic shade extension. Really high quality space

The house is very comfortable and nice. Clean and in perfect condition. Well connected by bus to go downtown and to the beach. Parking in the area is free and with many spaces. Recommended for 2 or 3 people.

Dreamy stay right by the sea Our stay at Maria's house was just fantastic – one of the best trips we've ever had. The house is stylishly furnished, very clean and offers a breathtaking sea view from the living room and the roof terrace. The hot tub was a real highlight for relaxing. The location in La Garita is perfect: quiet, right on the promenade and yet a great starting point for exploring the whole island by car – whether Maspalomas, the mountains or hidden natural spots. Maria is an outstanding host – warm, helpful and always available. She really did everything to make our stay unforgettable. We already miss the sound of the waves in the morning and look forward to returning. Absolute recommendation!

The location of this apartment is great, extremely close to the beach. It was a walkable distance to all amenities. The apartment is well laid out, facilities great, the roof terrace is an absolute bonus , great in the mornings for a cuppa and the blue skies, fabulous for the evening sunsets. All the recommendations the hosts made were fantastic we had some lovely meals at local restaurants that you may miss. Easy to use the local bus service that stops close to the apartment, no car hire required.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. We, a family of three, spent a wonderful week at Maria Jesus' place. I can only join the previous reviews in saying that the welcome from both Marian and the owner was exceptionally friendly, the communication very smooth and proactive from Marian's side. The place itself is nicely located overlooking the Playa del Hombre; it is a good base for discovering the whole island (especially the Northern part); the neighborhood itself is a quiet residential area. The parking space just across the street is very convenient. It's lovely to sit outside at the terrace (both the open-but-windy and the sheltered parts), and the apartment itself has everything you need for a week's stay (also when staying with a small child, e.g. travel cot). All in all highly recommended!

The apartment/cottage is really beautiful and perfectly equipped. The location, overlooking the sea and mountains, as well as within walking distance to the sea/harbor, is also optimal. Pavla and David are very courteous, so you get all the important information, as well as tips for activities early on. All in all a perfect stay and we would come back anytime!

Well what a find, it was everything we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, remote. Nowhere near tourists. The house had everything you wanted. We could have stayed longer than our 10 days, and the two very friendly cats kept us entertained. We will be back.

We were a group of 9 people and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation offers enough space for such a large group and has a great layout, so you can spend time together in the living room as well as everyone for themselves in the office/outside. There are also enough bathrooms. The kitchens offer enough storage space and utensils for longer stays. A dishwasher is also provided. The pool and the entire outdoor area were appealing and clean, as was the interior. Only the Wi-Fi is not strong enough in the entire house, it is best directly in the living room. For shopping and excursions, we always used our rental cars, which could easily be parked at the property. It's only 15 minutes to Las Palmas, only 40 minutes to the beach to Maspalomas, the routes are easy to reach and uncomplicated. Communication with Alex was absolutely smooth, you felt very welcome and familiar right away.

Very nice apartment with great terraces and beautiful views. Everything was as shown in the pictures, very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there, especially the grill, which we liked. Antonio was always available, gave us many tips for activities and check-in was very easy. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at Cordelia's, with many hikes in the spectacular scenery of this region! Cornelia is a very gracious hostess, takes great care of her guests and is always responsive. The property is as described and has everything you can expect. The luxury of freshly picked orange and lemons is great. The crows of roosters and peacocks in the area should not make you feel disturbed. The views across the valley are beautiful! The steep access is a bit challenging for anxious drivers, but those who drive the roads in Gran Canaria must be brave anyway! Thank you for this time in your beautiful finca!

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Great location not far from the airport or playa de ingles so it was nice to have a good nightlife not far from us but also be able to come home and it be quiet. Would definitely recommend. The terrace was a great add on you had the sun until the sun set

Clean apartment! Comfortable beds. We spoke on several occasions with Yolanda, be it Cristina and there was no problem at all. It has parking, pool and there is a restaurant, where you eat quite well with access to the pool. I recommend it!

We really enjoyed our week holiday in this apartment. The host Yurga was very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially in the evening time for sunset. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable, and the mattress was also very comfortable. The coffee machine was an extra bonus! We would absolutely stay here again 👍🏼
